Other than heat, there is not much you can do to soften bottles. But be careful with heat as these are probably made from PE and melt and distort rather quickly. Some juices will not react well to heat, so soaking a bottle filled with juice is not a good idea. Since they are only 6ml, I am assuming you use them for dripping and carrying around since they are small bottles so heating them with hot water or microwave is not a good idea. While plastics are generally terrible conductors of heat, once they pick up heat they store it for a while and it would be easy to burn yourself.

Then again, what is hot? If you cannot make them soft enough with massaging or rubbing them between your hands, then get new bottles.

Dip it in hot water and then roll it between your palms or fingers.

Next, get a blow torch and gently torch it on the side while spinning it for 2-4 seconds, and then roll it once again.

Now, grab a sharp blade and shave off some of the side layers, and be very careful because you might puncture a hole (nothing a duct tape can't fix).

Lastly, you should let it bake in the sun for about a week before it is ready for proper squonking.

Repeat if it doesn't work.
