did you cut a cap or something else for your zfm? I'm going to try the molded caps soon as more posts come in on hole size and att dimpleing but the # cut caps are still working so dam good

i placed the cart on the cap and used a razor around the edges...went with the #....

left it sitting for ~15 mins....still good...no drowning...

that's how i do it, started with a * but alwase had to add more cuts athe a small piece out so now start with #, only too big (and flooded) once, but it's feels like tuning voltage regulators, how you hold your tongue is a factor

OK, heres pics of how to tweak ur atty when it doesnt make good connection to ur Chuck center atty post w/out having to drop a ball of solder down it the Chuck... Sorry for shotty pic quaality as Im out a digital cam, have to resort to the BlackBerry.

First, shimmy tweezer under cent post of atty and gently lift all the way around until center post is higher than outside rim of atty...
IMG00544.jpg

Then it should look like this, notice the blue atty center post is above rim, whereas the silve attys center post is NOT...
IMG00545.jpg

This pic shows the solder ball on center post of Chuck connector VS not having one....A super somple fix, but I always have tweezers around so I havent done it.If you Do solder, make sure battery is nOT in the Chuck. Make sure not to let any solder spill into connector or touch outer rim of connector...

Brox - a pharmacist on the forum said if you get the glycerine at a pharmacy, it is all the same stuff made by the same company, just different packaging. I use the Humco, which is the company that makes all the pharmacy stuff, according to this pharmacist and have found it to be just fine. Also had some natural stuff and I like the Humco better. From all I have read, as long as it says USP on it, it is fine to use.

a series of slits, alwase too slow, add more slits till right, sometimes take a small piece out to make a hole. The * slits i start have never flooded so thinking maybe straw tuneing is what you need, maybe cap too close and puilling sides away and flooding that way

I've reverted back to my spring plug. It's easier in every aspect. They both work equally well and they're both easy, but I just think the spring plug is a little easier....and it literally takes me 10 seconds to make new ones.

I got ...... off when I couldn't get my silicon plug to stay in the cart after a refill...kept popping out because it was slippery.

I have same Glycerin, use it. Add a drop or two, no more of Distilled Water to ur batch of juice to thin it out just a tad if needed....;)
but holy cow i need to dilute this juice...my head is spinning on this 18 mg stuff....

I bought the glycerine usp from the first aid section at rite aid...but then i read i should use the food grade stuff....

i spent 20 minutes in the baking section at wegmans...which if any of you who live in the northeast might know, that is a rather large grocery store...and i couldn't find anything near the cake section about glycerine...just regular food coloring...

should i use what i have or look again?

KW's advice will actually work, lol -I had to do that while I waited on my multi charger...it sux doin that tho..I sent u a link to a great multi charger I use...go ahead and get that one and if u must try ur batts out now, the wires.rubber bands **will** work....even as CRAZY as it sounds, lol  Make sure to use electrical tape when u put the wires on te charger connects. Iused elec tape to tape wires after i hooked them around the metal loops, set batt against it angled outta charger, then elect taped the other ends on. the elect tape comes off easy and leaves lil residue...

The charger I sent a link to u for charges the 18350s I already have along w all my other batts w no prob at all...even can charge diff size batts together, has seperate channels...best charger IMO

Well son of a Bi&^$%% :-x The new 18350 batteries wont fit in my ultra fire charger:-x:-x:-x:-x Madevapes is out o stock! ANY IDEAS ANY ONE:confused::confused::-x:-x

What charger do you have? Does it work on 16340's?
if it fits the 34mm 16340's you should be able to cram in a 35mm 18350.
You gotta hammer? JK

Brings up a good question though. Does anyone have both protected (blue) 18350's and unprotected (orange) 18350's?
I wonder if the protected ones are 35mm before they add the protection and are now >35mm.
Anyone have both to put side by side??

Okay, hope I got your attention. Just wanted to say I totally approve of your whinning for me, but you must at least send a pic of you and your chuck to Jeff or I will never get my Chuck. I don't think simple whinning is going to do it this time what with all the orders, the twelve extra chucks for Christmas and now a 10,000th Chuck. Oh well, nothing much happens in January, so getting my Christmas present from my FAVORITE son will be something to look forward to. Did I mention it was from my FAVORITE son:cool:

Heres the link in case others need it. May be able to find it in the US too...
It has a slider that slides to fit any size. the width isnt an issue, plenty of room. I only have orange 18350s but my protected 18650s fit great even w 2 in it...

OH, it also charges CR2s but need a spacer for them...
