That texas one, and the 3rd one down are both hella cool. They all look nice, but those 2 are my favorites out of this batch.

Out of curiosity Jeff, how long does it take you to make a chuck from start to finish? What's the hardest part for you when making them? I'd think hooking up the electronics but that's cuz I have big hands.

Baby Driver: Jeffs adapters are for 510batt to 801 and 901 attys. WCG has 801 threads on her chuck so she will need to get a 801batt to 510atty adapter first.

OK, good. Just letting you know. Also, it is fine to stack the adapters as necessary. At least I stack 2 most of the time.

STEVE, sounds to me like ur adapter is shorting them out. use my same tweezer trick on the adapter, they also have a silicone/acrylic in most adapters gasket, if it gets tangled/torn,etc and lets the middle post touch the puter post, SHORT will happem. Take that center post out, make sure there are no tears, clean, make sure juice isnt in there conducting electricity to the center/outer post, then put center post back in. DONST throw it away!!! Dont worry, NO wires in ur adapter. I take my center post out for cleaning all the time should it flood to make sure it wont short anything.

Ok, report back k!!!

PS the gasket in the adaoter is acrylic and goes out n replaces easliy, :)
