How to stop e-mail notifications?

Hi guys,

I'm kinda new here and I can't seem to find the option in the settings to stop
the e-mail notifications I get everytime I get an alert..

If anyone could help me out it would be really appreciated!

In a particular thread, there is a 'watch thread' link. When making a post, click the 'More Options' button before the 'Post Reply' one.
