How to submit ticket?

Just received my bolt in the mail. Was anxious to try it but it is dead. Tried different batteries. Was gonna try some 18650's with the extender but they won't thread together. Threads don't look boogered up, but just won't screw together. I have looked on the site and do not see a place to submit a ticket. Is there anyway to see about getting this corrected?

Looks like it was just the a connection on the atomizer, put in a 510 to ego and it started working, Just extension ring messed up

Not a problem hoogie, I was never really worried, I had heard to many good things about you guys. Just a minor inconvienence, things like this do happen. Glad it ended up just being the extension ring and the bolt is working ok
