How to tell when 18650's are toast. ?

My 18650 aw IMR's are showing about 30% less use time after 6 months of hard hard work.

I have Provari's so i can check their charge... how can I know it's time to put them out to pasture?

I put this question in "ask the experts" too....

My gut reaction is to say that if that 30% decrease in use time is interfering with your vaping happiness, toss 'em. I think at 6 months use, they've served their purpose well. Otherwise just keep using them until they're completely unusable - just make sure to keep backups.

yeah... i guess... but what's the harm in using them til they get worse?

There shouldn't be any harm. They'll just hold less and less run time.
