I just got a new charger and I just charged an AW IMR 18650 in it. The light went green so I took that battery off the charger. I immediately put the battery in the Provari to check to be sure it charged properly and it was reading 4.1. I know if the charger is charging to 4.3 we have problems but what about if it charges below 4.2? Should I be worried? Should I leave the battery on the charger and extra 20 minutes after it goes green?

Your battery is fine and it is better to get your batt off a little lower than a little higher. Besides who says the accuracy of the Provari is bang on, after all it isn't a multi-meter. Besides the Provari is more than likely reading the nominal voltage rather than fresh off the charger
