If you don"t reply in the thread it eventually will stop showing up in "my posts" It takes a bout a month though.
Thanks for the reply oldsoldier.
Nope, not working or me AFAIK. I have several active threads that have people posting endlessly and forever (in the modder's forum). I haven't posted there in months, but they update in my feed on a daily basis. I am now ever so sorry I was ever interested in a certain tank or box mod lol.
This will make me think twice before posting a comment in those kind of threads.

If you want to try something different- I keep a tab open on my browser from an old yahoo email account. The new posts go to there. At the bottom of each email is a permanent unsubscribe from thread link.
Thanks r7, so do you mean I must first subscribe to email updates, then unsubscribe from the thread using the email browser?

I'm a SHE!

Yes, oldsoldier is correct. So, is there another way to see recent posts (in threads I've posted in) that I have missed?
I go to What's New/MyPosts, and there always turning up like a bad penny are the threads I don't want to see anymore and haven't wanted to for see for a long time. Every time someone posts, they pop back up to the top again in dark blue.
By the way, how long is too long for a thread before they lock it and open part 2? On other forums there is a limit, then it get's closed, and a new one opened.

Click on settings at the very top right side of any page and it will open your control panel. There you should see all your subscribed threads if they are set for control panel viewing.

I don't think that is what is being asked for. Subscribed threads aren't the same thing as "What's New" -> "My Posts".
I'd also love to be able to remove threads from my "My Posts" list.

I thought in the op's last post she was looking for a different way to view threads she had posted in.

Actually I was looking for a way to remove threads completely from refreshing to the top of the pile (there are some games and other VERY active threads) under MY POSTS.
But... now, thanks to some replies, I have found a way to kind of by pass looking there for new posts. As an eg. I don't want to play 'why the last poster must be banned',or read about the last lava tank sale, or so-and-so's box mod etc. etc. Also, one Provari is more than enough for me :). (And just because I posted once or 10X in a thread, doesn't necessarily mean I want to read about if for ever and ever - till death do us part!).
