Hey All! Now that I got my Reo Grand today...I figure I can welcome myself on into the Reo sub-forum!

Feel free to hit me up if you have further multimeter questions...I'm always available. I literally paid $5 shipped for my multimeter off eBay. We're not doing rocket science, so a high-end multimeter isn't really necessary.

Thank you Basilray for the multimeter instructions.... PERFECT! Quick question: Where do you place the red lead on a Cisco 306LR atty? These do not have that hole/thread, just the mesh thingy.... Thanks again, excellent easy to follow instructions for when I receive my $5 multimeter from eBay.

The 306 atty has the same threaded end as a 510 atty and you place the leads in the exact same spots. The mesh thingie is the bridge that would wick juice from filler material in a cartridge. That's not necessary with a Reo, of course. Just get a LONG drip tip for your 306, squonk, vape.

thank you for this video. I have a feeling that I just burnt out my first atty EVER. I ordered the $4.95 multimeter on ebay.

QUESTION:: so, with a LR atty, that means you don't have to hit/suck as hard, right?

Because i've been hitting it HARD, just like I would with a 510..........all of the sudden, there was no vape, just juice all over my Reo Mini & I was sad. Had my husband (who knows nothing about smoking, nor ecigs) look at the entire device/battery/etc & he sure enough thinks that I killed the atty. Now i'll be able to test it to be sure.

Thank you again.

A LR atty burns hotter, and therefore typically goes through juice a bit faster than a regular atty. They typically don't live as long as a regular atty, either. I have had the best luck so far with LR 306's from avidvaper.com (Cisco) and ikenvape.com. Particularly with the Cisco's, it is not unusual for a 306 to last me for a month before it starts performing poorly (and if I'm awake, I'm vapin' - LOL!). Others I tried early on often didn't last more than a few days.
