We need to get all vendors to direct their customers to the CASAA website and encourage them to join.
This is the only way I can see to create and sustain a growing grass roots movement.

So what if CASAA put together a brief letter that could be given to vendors explaining why this is important?
And what if we gave the vendors something they could include as a handout in every order?

Since the vendors would have to go through the time and expense of creating copies of the handout...
The letter should clearly explain the benefit to the vendor of having all vapers everywhere informed, united, and standing behind CASAA.

And what if we started a campaign on ECF to have ever vaper get a copy of this letter and handout to their local brick and mortar?
A simple sticky thread in the General Discussion forum should be enough.

Just some thoughts I came up with after the Super Bowl...
But I was drunk at the time, so...

I think we just need more motivated movement in general. Honestly it appears as a race with time to educate smokers about the vast advantages of vaping before it's regulated beyond use or taken away before others get to see it's beauty. I Think were we need to start is by directing the traffic and organizing the supports by location and region. Once supporters are designated out by region or area we must then have supporters put in work in informing every form of media and exhausting every resource we can get our hands on in order to support our cause. So your on the right track, we just have to push the boxcar hard down the hill and let it go and hope we don't run over any big rocks.

I believe I saw printable materials (handouts, cards) available on CASAA's website. I'm sure most venders realize the need to educate and inform everyone their support is needed.

A more direct approach might be using the causual location - specific meetings and encourage them to drop by their local representatives office (state and federal) to talk with them about e-cigs and what it means to them. It might be enough to make them question proposed legislation rather than thinking all nicotine products have no use or thinking that this is another attempt to get kids hooked on cigarettes, or all smoking is bad, etc.

Most people who don't smoke don't know there is a difference. I think it's something they need to experience in person.
