DEEP IN THE HEART OF TEXAS!
Ok yall. I have ordered from quite a few suppliers. I have vaped for 2 years, so am not really a "newbie". I do alot of research before I choose companies to order from.

Recently, I ordered from two suppliers that have a good fan base on ECF, who sent me the "wrong" stuff. No biggie....I emailed them and let them know. Based on the responses I got from them, I will not be doing business with them again. (by the way, i was not ugly in any way, shape, or form, to them in my dealings...i am a kind hearted gentle soul, a middle aged health care professional....not some punk kid...so i was especially surprised).

I am not the kind to argue, or throw a fit in any way, or post negative reviews about them on ECF. There are so many suppliers out there, that I have chosen just to move on, and order from others. Sure, I could get in a pissing match with them and respond back to them, but the way I think about it, is if that is the way they responded, simply to a notification that I got the incorrect order, then I really dont want to deal with them at all, to begin with.

The sad part about this, is that some suppliers have no idea how powerful the way they respond can affect their business. Here you have me, someone with a decent expendable income...and they have lost a customer who would have possibly really helped their profits. (because when i DO have good experiences, i definitely love to blab about them on ECF and to friends). Speaking of, Litecigusa is great-ordered from the, was really quick shipping, and when part of the order was wrong, they quickly corrected it, no questions asked. Needless to say, they will be getting my business in the future.

So, yall suppliers, think before you communicate with your customers...your response may be a "make or break" deal.

Hey, some of us punk kids are nice too. :D

Anyway, I do see it as a duty to the community to report bad supplier practices, because of this simple fact - there is no regulation in the industry, and there is no one to tell us who is a good supplier and who isn't except for each other.

I avoided a couple companies I probably would have been disappointed with by reading their reviews, which were mostly negative.

A negative review doesn't have to be mean - just report the facts.

I would definitely post them. It helps with accountability to their customers.

Regarding the Mistress... You don't know her like I do (snark!!)

Ha ha, none taken.

I know what you mean - I'm not a confrontational type either. But there's a place for negative reviews.

Cozzi's been taking too many nose hits. :)

Yes and please...I would like a heads up :). I DO read supplier reviews before I purchase. You've got a pretty good track record of purchasing from vendors if you've been vaping for 2 years, so your voice would have a pretty big impact, me thinks.....

So far, I have had nothing but great service from the vendors I have purchased from.

Take Care

I agree with MistressNomad, I rely on the information I get from this forum to make informed decisions, and we all need to hear both negative and positive feedback on suppliers. I'm always quick to praise a supplier on the forum, and I would certainly report poor behavior - and name them, especially after I contacted them about a problem and got brushed off......

It always surprises me when a supplier just decides not to answer an email when a customer emails them. I too am dealing with this. I have ordered three times with them in less than 4 weeks. Spending a little over $180. They have always shipped fast and everything has always been in the order. I was pleased. In my second order I received a juice that wouldn't produce vapor. Nothing no matter what I tried. It was suppose to be 80 VG/2PG and was very thin. I emailed them to say I was having a problem and asking if this flavor was one that just needed to sit and also saying how much I loved this other flavor. Telling them what juice I really liked and asked for any suggestions of juices I might like. No response. I wasn't even asking for a replacement just advice. A few days later I sent another email and another order with a note saying that I sent them an email with a question. When I didn't get a response I thought maybe they sent the answer in my order. Order came fast but no answer to my question. So now it's been three weeks juice still won't make vapor. It isn't even about the juice but about them thinking I'm don't even deserve to be answered. I sent them another email saying I had never heard from them and it really is just "common courtesy" to acknowlege someones email and that I was sorry they decided not to answer mine. Have heard nothing and no matter how much I like the juice I will never order from them again. How long could it have taken to sit down and answer my first email. I just don't understand that type of attitude.
