First off, hello to everyone on the forums! I'm an ecig noob. I also appologize for the length of this post.

I decided to go with blu for my first, because the price is good and the convenience of the pack seemed really great. Took a week for my order to arrive. Now here comes the great part. I did a lot of research and read mixed reviews about blu in general. I was hoping when i ordered that I would be one of those lucky people that didn't have any trouble. That is NOT the case here I believe.

For starters... I charged everything for two hours before use. I could never get the blu pack to hold a charge. Whenever I plug it in via usb or the ac adaptor, the light on the end of the cord just flashes very rapidly and the led on the pack itself does NOTHING! Also, one of the batteries I recieved will just blink 10 times when I try to drag it. The interesting part about that is if the atomizer is not screwed in the battery functions the way it's supposed to. The LED on the tip will light up when I put a light drag on it. One thing about the pack... If It's plugged in with a battery intact, the LED on the side will light up and the battery will flash indicating that it's charging.

I don't know if I'm doing something wrong or if its just garbage. From reading other reviews I would think the latter. Regardless I plan on sending the pack and battery back to be replaced, unless one of you can tell me I'm doing something wrong or tell me if there's a fix. The other battery works fine and I've been charging it through the wall charger. I'm satisfied with how it hits and the vapor but it's a real pain having to wait about 30 minutes when it goes dead to use it again.

Thanks for reading this and if you have any advice, it will be GREATLY appreciated!

Can you send it back for your money? If so I would do that and pick up a 510 it will be cheaper and probably better IMO. Otherwise, hopefully they give you a new one and it works out for you. If you are not familiar with the 510 just look it up on the forum they are a very popular model especially for new people. Anyway GL and Welcome!!!

Believe me there are much longer.

Not sure what you mean. How can you put a light drag on it if the atty is not screwed in?

One thing about the pack... If It's plugged in with a battery intact, the LED on the side will light up and the battery will flash indicating that it's charging.

That would indicate that the battery is charging and not the pack.

If you are treating all 3 batteries the same it's not operator error.

The other battery works fine and I've been charging it through the wall charger. I'm satisfied with how it hits and the vapor but it's a real pain having to wait about 30 minutes when it goes dead to use it again.

First I know nothing about the Blucig. If two out of three batteries (one being the pack) are DOA, it sounds like a quality control problem to me. Bad reviews + your experience? Doesn't sound good to me. If you can't get your money back get your replacements and keep it for a back up.

I started on a Blu and had some problems with it, but for the most part it works pretty decently. Here's some tips I found while using mine:

For starters... I charged everything for two hours before use. I could never get the blu pack to hold a charge. Whenever I plug it in via usb or the ac adaptor, the light on the end of the cord just flashes very rapidly and the led on the pack itself does NOTHING!

I don't know why, but with mine, I found that sometimes you have to plug the USB cable into the pack first, then into the USB port, sometimes the other way around. Have you tried both ways? If it still doesn't work, then something is wrong with it and you need to either RMA it or just send the whole set back for a refund.

That sounds like a bad protection circuit that is cutting out under too high of a load, but I can't tell for sure. If you have a multimeter, you might try reading the voltage coming off the battery. To turn it on when testing, just blow from the LED end to trigger the switch and you should be getting about 3.7v or so.

It doesn't sound like you're doing anything wrong, you may have just got a couple bad parts. Personally, with my experiences with Blu, I wouldn't recommend them, but I don't think there is anything inherently wrong with their devices, they just are more of a pain than they are worth. If you aren't liking it already, send the kit back for a refund while you can and get a different unit.

If you return the unit, I recommend getting a 510 kit. They have the charging pack and are the most popular unit on the forum. Most big battery mods will work with them as well if you decide you want to go that route (then you won't need the PCC).
