welcome and grtas on quiting. not sure why you would start vaping now but anywho this is a good place to get info about all aspects of the culture.

I started vaping 3mg and 0mg a few years after quitting because I was an engineer for a large jobbing band. All the guys would go out for smokes during breaks and I wanted to join them. I started getting major cravings so I decided to vape. One good thing is that I can go without and not have cravings!

ahh ok Glad that you found vaping instead of going back to the nasty smokes. As far as mech's go my first was a stingray clone / Kraken genny but like you will hear alot of ppl say Safety first do research and if going into a B&m shop make sure you trust them and not just giving you whatever to make a buck.
Hello Hewhohoggs and the ECF Team and Community! I am also a new member, only been using ecigs for 5 months. Started with the vision spinners and have just purchased a Vamo V5 and a Nemesis. Yes, unfortunately many of the B&M's in my area seem to be extremely overpriced and just out for the money!
well there are alot of video links and info not to mention realy helpfull ppl on the forum so dont be afraid to ask questions and surf the threads. personaly i would recomend starting slow get all the right equipment ohm meter, good batteries ect
