Because when the second post was made, it was on the server with the time difference, so the forum sees it as posted first instead.

but do we have any idea when the attachment problem is gonna be solved?
i don't use it but lots of people do and there's nothing showing
which sometimes is not a bad thing!

to my idea the 2nd poster was replying the OP but at the same time the original poster didnt like his post, instead of editing it he deleted it and made a new one ,that the famous difference of the milliseconds that confused the server
