HOW's YOUR eGo DOING AFTER 2 Month's??

I have 3 manuel batts and a box of 5 auto batts for my Ego...I vape a lot, especially playing cards or on the computer....Attys are the problem....when they go,,,,it seems to me that I have no warning at all...One minute it is working, the next ---- nothing...I hate that, especially when I am driving...So, I keep an extra Ego in the car whenever I go someplace...I really don't want to be without my Ego...

Question: What exactly are Low-Res 510 attys and would they work better then a regular atty for an Ego? Plus where can you buy them....Looked all over and only find
High-Res attys....Help/Advise please...Thanks...

Based on the aforementioned information if you are popping standard attys left right and centre, an LR is definitely not the atty for you. That being said...

Tell us a little more about your use:

• what mg do you vape
• how many hits per session
• how long a drag
• your juice ratio PG/VG
• how long does an eGo batt last you
• what do you look for flavour, vapour, throat hit, what...

low res atties are atties that meter in at 1.5Ω as opposed to the 2.3Ω the standard joye atties are...

They would produce more heat and vapor than a standard atty on an eGo..but you'd sacrifice a bit of battery life to run them since your amp draw is higher..

here's the #'s:
eGo with knock off 510 atty....3W
eGo with joye 510 atty...4.18W
3.7V mod with joye 510 atty...5.95W
eGo with LR 510 atty...6.41W
3.7V mod with LR 510 atty... 9.13W

W is watts which reads as heat..higher the heat the more vapor produced..and that so called sweet spot of 5V vaping is commonly reguarded as between 8-10W...which is why the supplier is refering to the low res atties as simulated 5V experience (because at 3.7V it puts the wattage smack dab in the middle of the "sweet spot" range)

The LR atties aren't recomended for batteries less than 450mAh so the eGo is perfect for them but the stock 510 batteries not so much...
you can get the Lo-res ones at nhaler as magnum atties (but I believe they are currently sold out) (here: Low Resistance Magnum Atomizers) ...conversely TW is preordering some I guess...but I'm not familiar with what those are gonna be and I don't give money to TW anyway...so I'll wait til nhaler gets more in...(I did already buy one from nhaler..and ran it for about 3 weeks on an eGo and a 3.7V mod...then I accidentally fried it)

I vape mostly VG around the 11 - 16 mg level...
I drag pretty long when I can...of course, it depends on where I am
and what I am doing...But, at home,,,long drags...
Batteries (man) lasts longer then (auto) and also I discovered, gives me
that extra hit time...
Finally, yes to all the above,,,hit, vapor, flavor,,,,I love vaping and of course
want it all...But, I am also a realist, so I understand the limits of a PV,,,any PV...
Having said that,,,I still totally enjoy vaping over analogs and yes,,,the health
benefits are fantastic for me...Thanks Switched...for caring...This place is
fantastic...of course...Enjoy...

No, not yet...still holding out and besides,,,the attys I have now are good...So,,,will wait and see...Besides...need to spend my money on the more important things...like

Still have my original manual batteries from January, and still going strong (knock wood). I have the original batteries that have the eGo logo on them. Love, love, love them with LR atties and drip tips. Also, just saw Johnny's announcement that Halo is coming back! Yeah Freedom and Harley juice. I'll be watching for the 24 hour sale.
