This morning i was woken up by the voice of a HSA male officer in the other end of the line asking me to come down to their office for a statement on sgjuices. What should i do? They say they can arrest me if i nvr turn up. How guys??

Hello and welcome, you guys seem to have it tough over there in SG. Your best bet would be to go to the SG Vapers forum and ask there. You'll need 5 posts here first, then you must wait for the forum to reset, happens once an hour. I think it happens at about 25 minutes after the hour.

You are not alone. I was never a customer of SGJ but there are many other members who received similar calls from them. From what I do know, some of them did went down for a statement. I will try to direct those who did to this thread.
Its my understanding (In the US at least) if customs intercepts a package they send a letter saying you need to come pick it up. By going to pick it up it is seen as an admission of guilt and you actually ordered the item. I'm not an attorney nor make any such claims but I would research laws before I take any action. Good luck I really hope someone has a more definitive answer for you!
Went to meet the IO this morning and to my relief, he only wants a statement to charge sgjuice n nothing else. I'm outta harms way. But! Marale of the story is don't try to play punk in sg. Its not worth it. Thanks everyone who has been very caring n concern. Thanks a lot guys for ur support!

Haha not really. You just have to know where to get it from and how to do it discreetly. Like we learnt in the army, do what u want, just don't get caught
OMG.... now i have to reconsider again my option. I almost order my first kit. i keep trying to find a way to ask ppl from sg vapers but its very diff. does it means if we even order kit, we will get called by HSA?
