Richard Shrubb: E Cigarettes - regulate a new method of smoking harm reduction?

It's OK, from a journo who is a new user. A few mistakes but generally OK. Like most he thinks that 'regulation' is a good idea, as no one told him that means a ban.

As said before, since so many media people smoke, eventually we will get a positive press image.

Without wishing to sound dismissive, or nationalist, but the writer sounds like a typical Left-liberal Limey.

He also doesn't seem to understand that 'regulation' will impose a tax burden on the whole shebang to enforce the regulations - thus negating any savings.

Still, the word continues to get out there in a positive way.

Well, I think we've all got 'em

As far as I can see, regulation is used to remove some people's rights and divert an income stream to favoured recipients. At least, it always is in this area.
