Greetings Y'all-\
After 4 months and A BUNCH of experimenting with small (20ml) DIY batches, I have come up with 5 flavors that I just yesterday I somewhat mass replicated (1/2 Gallon each). Are there any special tricks to steeping larger quantities? Right now they are in capped glass 2 liter containers.

Should I keep them in the large containers, or split them up?
I have been using a paint can shaker to shake them twice a day (yesterday and today) then let breathe for about 2 hours then cap and store in cool dark place..
They are all tasting OK, not great, but better each time I shake and wait they seem to be getting more happenin' (i just syringe enough out of the middle of the batch to drip atty taste)

Any suggestions from here? should i bottle them in 15ml and 30 ml and steep them in the bottles?
Thanks a Mil!

If you want a bottle let me know - would love some honest feedback.

It's the 100mg stuff that I don't want to mess with every time I need juice. So I mix up a pint of 10mg 50/50 PG/VG base to work with, and put the rest of the 100mg stuff back in the freezer. I then just add flavoring when I need another 30ml bottle.
I normally have 6-8 flavors mixed up, so about 200ml of juice laying around. Any more than that would get to old before I used it up.

I make up a 200 ml nic base at 3 mg and I make it up in different flavors in 30 ml glass bottles. Usually give me 7 at a time. I usually do this every other weekend. I need to slow down though cause my poor steeping box is overflowing!

It just amazes me though when I do mix up those 7 bottles though is I used to pay like 50 bucks for the same thing and now it probably costs me 5 or 6 bucks to do it myself!

So true. Its cheap, its good, always in stock:) and you know exactly whats in it! I also make pg/vg/nic base with milk whisker. Around 200ml and i have it in a bottle with dripper. When i mix new juice, i just pour the base in smaller bottles and add aromas. I store bottles in a box and i give it a couple of shakes every now and then. 2 weeks after that, the liquid is ready to :vapor:

I have 1 flavor I mix a 120ml bottle every week. It's my ADV. I have oodles of 30 and 50ml bottles of other flavors I mixed that I Vape occasionally. Then there's vendors I buy from too. I have a few thousand milliliters of juice that I need to Vape. But... I send a lot to my Mom and my Aunt. Plus my husband Vapes too.

I can make juice at .03 a ml because I buy bulk in everything. 120ml of juice costs me $3.60. You can't buy a 15ml bottle for that. However I do buy Nicoticket a lot because I love all his flavors. I also buy killer juice because his .99 cent sales every week are killer. I've found a few good juices there. But my ADV is my own DIY juices. It's way cheaper.

1/2 gallon = 1893ml (for 4 people - that is what you have on hand)

On the other hand, the OP has 5 times that amount. So unless the OP is either selling or giving to others, much of this will go bad before it can ever be vaped.

If i see right, you did your juice with 30% aroma? oO How can you vape that? What atomizer do you use? On my magma rda or aqua rta i cant vape strawberry or coconut TFA at 15% because its too sweet, too full of flavor and makes me "sick" after few drags. On kayfun 3.1 is fine. But 30% is a whole new level of sweet...

Also, vaporizing aroma could be dangerous for lungs so better keep the amount low.

third lesson of DIY ... never mix up gallons of ejuice unless you already have tons of positive feedback.

you may be the only person who actually likes this stuff ... and even if you love it now, you may hate it after vaping a gallon of it.
