WAIT - Primer on atty! Hopefully you have eliquid. You need to blow the primer out of the atty into a tissue. Then prime the atomizer with 2-3 drop of eliquid. Let it soak in. Vape that mostly off without inhaling (use the empty cart that probably came on the atty). Blow out atty again. Reprime and wait. Vape that mostly off - check if it is better with an inhale. If not, repeat. When done getting rid of the primer, reprime and wait, then put your prefilled cart on and vape.

Prefills are 100% Chinese PG juice which lets through the most skin irritation and TH of nicotine. They are hard juices. Buy some nice 70pg/30vg juice or somewhere around there. then if you want more TH try 80pg/20vg or for less try 50/50.

On top of that, when you first start vaping it seems foreign to breath, even though you are used to breathing in worse with smoke. it will start to feel better. But medium or high nic in 100% PG can be irritating - it would make my tongue sore, some get sore throat. Drink fluid to stay hydrated. Drag slowly, drag into your mouth first, then inhale and bring some air in with it too.

How much nicotine did you get?

Also - manual batteries
press in
1-1.5 seconds later start dragging
1-2 seconds before your drag is done, let up on the button
finish drag
inhale

Hi and welcome to the forum!

Wen you vape, it's different then when you smoke. When you vape, take a light long drag instead. Try that and see if it helps. If you are still couging after several tries, you might be have allergy reaction to PG or either the nic is too high. The prefilled ejuice should be all PG, Pg gives you more TH and also more harsh for your throat. You might want to try a juice that like 80%PG/20%VG or something like that. Tobacco ejuice do not taste anything like your real ciggys. Did you buy other juice w/ your starter kit? If you dun like the ejuice that came w/ your starter kit, just rinse out the cartridge and fill your own juice.

Hope this helps, keep us posted on what happen.

* Remember to drink alot of water. And I really mean alot!

My initial problem when I started vaping was not enough TH. It took me a while to figure out vaping is a longer lighter drag than with analogs. It really is trial and error with juice, batteries, styles (I started with 510 then got 808). I also read that when you smoke, it kills your cilia - the small hairs that filter the air you breathe. When you vape that first week before they have regenerated, you cough a lot (didn't happen to me, but read that it does and it happens to my friend). The other thing, if you notice when you exhale vapor solely through your nose, it feels odd and wet - water vapor. It can loosen some of that junk in your lungs. I'm sure I'm failing miserably at trying to explain this . Perhaps if you search previous posts, you will be able to find the post I'm referring to, bc that person explained it so well.

I'm still fairly new at vaping. It took me a while to stop the analogs. I finally quit the analogs on March 10, but before that, I used analogs along with vaping for over a month. Hang in there and you may have to do some trial and error.
