Can't speak to the HV as I don't use them, but there is a thread around that talks about $3 LR attys at Greenhouse One. There are a forum supplier I know. I haven't ordered form them yet, but I am looking to try some from there. They caveat is to order enough to offset the $15 shipping from China, but if you place a large enough order, it can work out to a decent price per atty. It would be interesting to hear form someone who has gotten the LR attys from there that could speak to the resistance of them.

Hope you have better luck with China than I did.
I thought I would stock up on LR atomizers.
They totally screwed up my order, sending me the wrong ones, took two weeks to get them.
Now I have to pay to send the wrong atomizers back to China for a refund and keep my fingers crossed for two more weeks. And of course their policy is to deduct the outrageous shipping charge from your refund. To get them replaced would have taken a month.
Shipping from China works out nice for these companies because it effectively almost totally discourages their "valued customers" from returning a botched order or even defective merchandise. Its going to cost you at least $30 and a months time if there is a problem with your order.
Not to mention the aggravation.
I know I almost said, Oh Well Screw It.
I'm afraid to order anything from China now.
What a total PITA.
"Valued customers" my rear end.

You didn't mention which vendor in China you had dealt with. While the shipping costs and long shipping times may be fairly similar since they're on the other side of the world, perhaps customer service may be better with some vendors than others. With Greenhouse One, if I recall correctly, the returns are shipped to the distributor in Canada and all communications regarding such go to them as well. But I've never dealt with them in particular. I know that with bestecig.com all I had to do was tell them I had gotten bad batteries in my last batch and they sent new ones with my next order. Never sent old ones back.

It is Greenhouse One.
The first time you have a problem with an order, you will seriously regret ordering from China.
With me it was my first order.
I just got home from the post office, I spent an hour with the clerk trying to figure out how to send it back to China.
And Saturday I spent all day emailing back and forth with a Greenhouse One executive.
Don't worry, you'll understand when it happens to you.

Got 20 LR atty's from Eastmall (China) at $3 each. They are fine. Lasting an average 21 days on the first 4. Looks like about a 1 year supply.

Have ordered from China 5 times--the others Heaven Gifts-- with no problem on any order.

Never heard of Greenhouse One. Maybe you shouldn't lump all China Companies together ?

There are plenty of postings from ex-dedicated EastMall customers who have faithfully bought EM LR 510 atomizers many times in the past on this forum, do some searching. Then suddenly one day, guess what, the EM LR 510 atomizers magically turned into crap. Many "valued customers" instantly had considerable money tied up in scrap atomizers. Oh Well, at least they were only "$3 apiece". Like I said, the first time it happens to you theres a good chance you'll flip like Nancy Reagan on stem-cell research.

$3 apiece? You didn't notice the $17 nonrefundable shipping charge?
You've been lucky so far, I crapped out on my very first order.
If you don't know there is a bigger risk when your order ships from China, no one is going to convince you, until it happens to you of course. Like I said. The first time they screw up your order or send you scrap atomizers, and you have to pay to send it back to China, you will understand real fast. There are some real advantages to a company shipping exclusively from China, read my post. These companies could easily have some of their more popular items ship from a small warehouse in the USA, but that would save their "valued customers" money and make it too easy to return things if there is a problem. They wouldn't even consider it.
Not to mention each order having to go through two customs facilities each way.
