Seems that some are finding the connector at the bottom is a sticking a bit out. This can be fixed by pushing it down on a hard surface.

Please note a thread on the Reo issue...

I will have Grands on the site Wednesday 7 pm eastern time I am close to the finish sanding the lot of woodvils and mini woodvils Just to set things straight all the mods on my site Have been rebuilt center pins pulled and set to a proper height. There will be no issues with the center pins on any of the new mods. If you run the new hybrid atomizers designed for the vmod on your Reo you do so at your own risk. You will be charged for the repair if you put one of these atomizers on your mod and cause damage .

I tried pushing down the center pin prior to fitting as advised here and a couple of other threads, but nonetheless it did short out my Reo mini.

I'm not sure if my Reo had one of the bad connectors, or if I did over-torque the atty (I definitely did not insanely grind it in..) but from my experience I can say just pushing the pin in alone will not eliminate all chances of shorting out your Reo.

Just a word of caution...

I tried to push it down flush and there was no way that was going to happen it went in a little but still stuck out noticeably. I feel a little duped here when HB atty came out it said to order the Bf if you have a bottom feeder and I do a Reo. It did not say just order BF if you have Vmod. I'm ordered 4 BF HB's, live and learn I guess.
