did you scrape up an ohm meter? might as well get it now. that'll come in handy if you don't already have one. the iHy is a great device. its a little big for me to want to take outta the house and Idk if I'd like it if i had to use a genesis constantly, but your definitely going to get a crash course in rebuilding and your gonna end up loving that thing I'm sure. An ohm meter is definitely needed though... and, i mean, does the ihy have a safety fuse? you might want to think about getting one but thats up to you. I'm sure it has a collapsible spring at least. make sure your only using IMR batteries in it. You'll wanna spend a ton of time in the rebuldables section of the forum. And remember, the Ihybrid is a genesis, your not gonna want that to spill in your pocket while your out of the house so start searching the forum for techniques on keeping it in your pocket. I think the Ihys might come with screws for the air hole? Its probably not too bad with spilling. ENJOY OP!!! :)

I decided to go with the ihybrid. I love my RBA on my kicked bolt so the ihybrid with changable tubes for different batteries works well in my opinion. I wanted a provari back when I started vaping but playing with them and hearing people having to deal with all the errors turned me off. This is my first genesis style atomizer but once you know how to make your setup work its so simple and cheap.
The standards go on sale at noon today!

I like the errors. It's like an alert for me that my coil has been displaced and needs adjusting. If I don't have a good even coil and try to up the voltage my Provari tells me to fix my ......

Same here. Errors only happen because of user error about 99% of the time. So if you're doing things right you wont see too many of those. I'm sure it's pretty rare to get a faulty Provari that spits out errors for no reason.

Thank you all for the info!

Well guys I will tell you what I went with and purchased today.. drum roll~~~~~~~~~

Provari Mini !!!

Yes I bought a Provari Mini because thinking about hybrids... (don't beat me up Hybrid owners) I think Hybrids are just a genesis atty with a tube mod battery.... I don't know why Hybrids came out to be so expensive.. I know it's great devices!!! but it's my opinion...lol
I mean if I get a chance ($$$ problem) later on, i will buy a hybrid. But as of right now I only can choose one and I think getting a Provari will be more smart thing to do for my first purchase.

So yeah you guys get the point I'm saying lol

Now only thing left to do is wait for my Provari mini to come :) and look for a good genesis atomizer!

Can you guys help me on which genesis atty to get? lol
any suggestions on Z-atty Pro?

Time for genesis atty hunting now lol :D

yeah, Z atty will fit flush on ur provari and its by one of the top genesis mod developers. top quality.
for something less expensive, the DID, DID clone/CHID/griffin, or aga will be good too.
i own an aga-T and I like it. a new one is coming out soon. the one thats out is priced nicely now though.
with a little research in the rebuildable atomizer forum, you can turn any RBA tank into a GOOD rba tank.
or the hyper SRT 2 is getting fanatical reviews as well. I've got my eye on that one next.
or, if you just want a rebuildable dripping atomizer, those are available and very popular too.

After trying DID clone I chose not to go with the genesis attys lol I got it working properly but I don't think it's for me.... how should i say it... umm i will say it's too much for me? juice gets too intense etc... also too expensive.... :(

So I want to get a dripping rebuildable atomizer!
I looked at eBaron Dripper Pro and I'm in love with it!!!

Can anyone recommend me a good dripping rebuildable atomizers?
and whats the difference between SS mesh and fabric(idk what it is..cotton? lol) ?

Well good thing you didnt get a hybrid right????

I have a Fatty v2 and love it. ERAs are good too.

Edit.. Its most likely silica youre using.

I prefer SS over silica. Flavor seems a lot better.

yeah cant wait to get my Provari! but it's still on "processing"..... :(

is there any SS mesh dripping attys?

is it really a lot of difference in flavor?? :(

Basically you can setup ss mesh in any atty. my Fatty isn't ss mesh friendly but I did get it setup in there with a horizontal wick. I see people using the Phoenix to setup ss mesh pretty easy vertically.

Personally I feel the SS mesh has a much cleaner flavor when I use them side by side. I think its noticeable, but you can still get good flavor from silica.

I see... does silica work well with VG juices? for example Boba's Bounty

dudeee, there are a lot of great vendors in the vendors list here on ecf (for juice) ordering from heathersheavenlyvapes, rawrvapor, bwb, coppercreek, momandpopvaporshop, mrstsbakery, vaporbomb, aliceinvapeland, nicquid, all of these are great vendors.

as for an atomizer, are you leaning toward a rebuildable? the bully or the phoenix are great dripping attys. the gotvapes birkshire is a great genesis that you can try SS wicks in, and it doesn't come precoiled... (but its large, heavy, and not so great for n00bs) or the griffin is a good DID clone as well... uhh I have a hebel, which is a dripper, and I like it a lot. I think its also called a rainbow...

you might want to get a couple cartomizers or a couple prepunched cartomizers and a carto tank. thats SUCH an easy set up for a noob and I know you'll love it. dripping can get really monotonous and annoying every 10 hits you have to re-drip. ugh. lol. it is great for tasting juices because the taste is very pronounced in attys, but cartomizers or tank systems are just so much easier. My favorites right now are the vivi novas and cartomizer tanks. I don't take my birkshire out much because its so heavy and annoying to refill lol, but its a great clean vape with the vertical stainless mesh wick. coils can be hard to learn at first though.

I definitely recommend a vivi nova or a vivi nova mini, or a carto tank with extra pre-punched cartos, and maybe 1 rebuildable atomizer, or just a normal 510 atomizer.

For flavors, thats up to YOUR tastes and what YOU like. I personally like baked goods and tobaccos and caramel/vanilla/nutty tobaccos for the most part, with fruit or fruity tobaccos for a switch every once in a while. So, when I buy juice, I buy a bigger bottle of tobacco, a bigger bottle of baked goods, and then I buy some candy or fruit flavors in smaller bottles. Your new, you should buy a BUNCH of all the flavors you think you'd like, as many as you feel comfortable paying for, in as small bottles as you can buy them in, sample bottles. then buy the flavor your pretty SURE you'll like in bigger bottles. If you know you LOVE watermelon and watermelon candy, get a bigger bottle of watermelon. If you THINK you'd like snickerdoodle cookie, get a sample bottle of it.

Thanks for the info Plumes! :)

My taste is same as you!! I only like sweet tobaccos and baked goody and some coffee flavors too!

choosing e juice isn't too much problem but choosing atomizer is.....

atomizers are pretty expensive so I'm trying to decide what I really want so I won't regret it later

But I'm really wanting those rebuildables!
