Hygene and your PV

I was wondering how everybody handles hygene and vaping. How often do you think you should change a cart? Do you sanatize your used carts before reuse? How often do you change you filter media? How often do you clean your PV? And what do you think is the best way to sanatize our PV's?

I do not share my carts with anyone. If someone wants to try, I give them a fresh cart. If I decide to reuse it, I wipe it with a sanitary cloth
Depends on the type of ecig, but if you have one with removable batting, take it out, run it under water and you have a fresh filter.
Also, try not to lay the ecig flat on a surface to protect the mouthpiece.
