It's almost been a month since my last cigarette. But I was so angry today at work I just wanted a cigarette. I was going to stop on the way home and get some. Then I imagined smoking one and my stomach rolled. No way.

Now I am mad that those people got me so worked up that I considered it. But I love my little ecig for saving the day.

 "Almost".......... "almost".......... WINNER! One battle down - but WON! In the first week and in deep on the first month I wanted to light up so many times AND I had 'em in the truck! I didn't light up - YOU didn't buy 'em! A nice feeling, yes?

Ya' done good .......... REALLY good!:vapor::vapor::vapor: <------- 'The Vaping' Good Guys & Gals KNOW how tough it was for ya'!

Non-smokers might think it's silly to get excited when a member beats the urges ......... to me it's a sign that we all REALLY care about seeing others beat the weed. Every "back slap" I received was 'special'........... and appreciated a LOT.

CONGRATS TO YOU!

Even if you do-don't beat yourself up for it. I bought a pack a month ago for the same reason-anger. After smoking 4 drags? I put it in the trash because it tasted so awful! The pack of 19 cigs sits in my freezer. We all fall. The important thing for me is that I fell, tried my old habit, hated it, and then had to follow it up with a vape to get that horrible taste out of my mouth!! Now I try to not get angry and see things from a different perspective by doing some soul-searching to find out why I'm REALLY angry. And to my surprise? I am finding that this feeling of anger is just a cover for hurt feelings. In my experience, anyway...
