Ive been in fear that my precious E-cig will be taken from me from the FDA. Ive been a vapeing fool for almost a year now. No more Coughing, no more brown phlegm in the morning, and no more shortness of breath. Before my e-cig it was two pakcs of Marlboro reds a day for 10 years; I had started smoking at 15. I have felt so much better vapeing. When i read the news of the FDA getting involved i could have cried. i live in chicago and have been trying to spread the E-cig word around.
I have thought about it alot, and sadly i figure the petition is a lost cause, they will regulate it, there is no other option.
This could be good news however, if they do regulate it we may finally get the clinical research we need for these guys, and it will get more publicity. As long as the FDA does not shut down the E-cig for good, it may be a blessing in disguise. I am an atheist though, so i dont believe in blessings.

Yes I fear there is not much we can do, but it doesn't hurt to try!

I actually feel that individuals will still be able to order and receive from china in the near future. Due to the fact, ban or no ban, they already fib on the goods description so it is a seemingly harmless item of low value or "gift". This coupled with the fact that individuals orders are not as big as a supplier will raise few flags. Sure one will get popped every once in a while but that is a risk we are already taking.....is it not?

I Still worry about the legal future of e-cigarettes being accepted as a whole and choose to be an active supporter in favor. Our goverments can pressure the factories to close if they choose to.

Then I'll be forced to make my own liquid and hardware (I know my way around a soldering iron and electronics) or get one of those really cool wizard wands from zero-toys and have an e-smoking party! lol
