whats so funny?
the fact that i love my triton? or the fact that they have no customer service right now?
i understand they have growing pains and what not. I bought my first set up about 3 weeks ago... a G6
only because the website said 30day satisfaction guarantee for any reason you are not satisfied contact us for instructions...
but they aren't very good at getting back to you if you want a refund. so i mailed it back anyway with a tracking number...
i understood that they are hard to get in touch with so i didn't want my 30 days to expire so i sent it back. expecting that after they recieved it i would get a credit or refun of atleast the batteries. so in the mean time i ordered the triton starter. i really enjoyed it, but wanted a bigger battery.... so was considering using my credit or refund to get the triton vv... but havn't heard back from them... actually i got desperate and was just thinking screw it i'll just order the vv.... the site is down... havn't been able to check out for the last 3 days... not sure whats going on. but i needed a new battery and i'm almost out of juice and am not able to order any more right now regardless of the credit...
so that brings me here... needing help and advice of where else to go. i thought i hit the jack pot with halo.
darn them guys.
