i did all the lower nic ones first. vaping like a champ now. the 18mg and 24mg have only been off 2 days but I dripped some 24 before responding and the TH was good at 8 watt, higher and it was a bit to much. by tomorrow night I expect to be hitting the 18mg full time with 24 as a just in case. BTW, 3 analogs today. still not getting what i need first thing in the morning. Other than that I am good vaping the rest of the day.
I was a heavy smoker, around 3 PPD, maybe a bit more. I started with 24 nic juice, and I found it easy to cut back on cigs, but I still smoked a few, mostly after meals. Eventually, I got some 30 nic juice and started drip/vaping the 30 after meals and using the 24 as my "all day". That did the trick, and as soon as I got the 30, I quit smoking. I didn't need the 30 for long at all, and after I was just using the 24 all the time for a few months, I started cutting down on nic a little at a time. Moving down in nic-levels was pretty easy, and I've been nic-free for some time now.
If you're trying to get red of those last few cigs, you might just need a bit more nic. That did it for me. I hear other people talk about WTA's, but I've never used any of those.
