Detox of other chemicals above and beyond nicotine should be very minimal by percentage.
Nicotine is the biggie to get right.
Being simplistic, since there is much more to it...Too low, and you get twitchy, and crave...Too high, you get twitchy and possibly run into complications. Dizzy can be from either direction as well.

It's a balance you will need to achieve. It's no different (or not much) when switching cig brands. You end up not liking one but the other is too strong, and yet the other gives you effects you aren't fond of. There are some chemicals lacking in this one, but that one has other issues. This transition is a little more intense than that of a cig change, but the basics are still there.

You'll find it. Hang in!
Ever try going with decaf coffee? Effects are not good. Ever drink a double shot expresso in a tall Columbian?
You'll be all over the board before locking down to a favorite setup.

I experienced the same symptoms when I first started vaping.
More water will help keep you hydrated and help detox.
When you exhale a vape the PG or VG carrier absorbs moisture from your lungs and when you exhale thats mostly what your seeing.... moisture from your lungs.

I started drinking 8 or more 8oz glasses a water a day and those symptoms went away.

Good idea, just keep an eye on it and go see your doc if it stays like that. It's normal to feel dizzy now and again. If you stand up too quick or whatever, that will do it. If you are constantly dizzy, that could be a problem. My rule is ABC as far as what is an emergency. That stands for Airway Breathing Circulation. If you are not getting enough blood to your brain, then that can be a circulatory problem, and that can be an emergency. However, it can be a million other things that might not even be a problem, but only your doctor can figure it out with tests.
