Hi, Ive been vaping for a few months now and I have read differnt post that question about feeling dizzy. I do not feel dizzy when I vape but My Fiance does get dizzy when she vapes. What im starting to find out is that its not so much the nicotine mg as it is the Proplyene Glycol and the Vegtible Glycerine. (spelling?) What I would suggest to anyone feeling dizzy is to try and either cutting out the PG and using strict VG or vice versa cutting out the VG and using strict PG. See if that makes a difference. Some people have weird effects depending on how your body reacts to the VG and PG. Any suggestions or comments please let me know. Thanks again.

Now this may sound a little weird but the only human on earth that breaths correctly are babies. Some adults get lazier faster than others, but no adult uses the full capacity of the lungs.
Have your GF take time during the day to breath deeply---I mean filling up the lower lungs. Do this several times a day, especially when she feels dizzy.
I also recommend that she drink more water---with dehydration, you'll feel dizzy.
The cause can also be the flavoring she is using or it could very well be the PG.

Wow. I just tried this and breathing deeply actually gave me a bit of an oxygen high. And I used to sing, so you'd think I'd know how to use my lungs!

Anyhow, I try taking it down to 4-6mg, and as jj2 said, trying to breathe deeply. I actually take a bit of a breath before I start drawing, just to keep me "oxygenated" while I'm doing my 5-10 second pulls.

I understand :D Im a "long-dragger" too :D Id cut the nic some more and play w PG/VG and maybe even do a small batch of no nic and add a lil til its right, testing each increment until you find the right amount. That sounds like work to me too, but whatever it takes to stay away from those nasty cancer stix :smokie:

Hope you find the right combo!
Thanks Crashtestjeep, as far as holding it too long its funny becasue she dosent drag for a long while and lets it out pretty quickly and ???? no idea yet.

As opposed to me where I drag a good 6 to 10 secs. every pull and hold it for a while too. I dont get any of the dizziness. Mabye im the one who makes her dizzy ? lol Just kidding.
