I have decided on the P16 and I am very very excited!!! I will get all stainless, David pointed out the maintenance of keeping the brass upkept and I have a lot of upkeeping to do with 4 kiddos so even though I like the brass ends I will go with the stainless, it's beautiful all stainless too.

I really love using LR 306 attys on my eGos and Rivas and will use them on my P16 too. Does anyone happen to have the P16 and either a Riva or eGo with the 306 atty that would be willing to take a picture just to humor me I would just love to see the comparison since I obviously dont have the P16 yet to compare. Plus I just love seeing pictures of these works of art!!!

A one year into vaping anniversary gift or an xmas gift?

Hope you like the P16 as much as I do. The all stainless is very hassle free, it just works with hardly any muss and fuss, wipe off old and reapply new noalox every two or three weeks is all I've had to do. No eGo/Rivas here, i just have the mods in my sig, and of those, I've been almost exclusively using the P16 since receiving it.

Ahhh, you will love the P16! It is by far my #1 absolute favorite PV!!!

Don't be surprised if your Ego gets jealous from the neglect... I finally gave mine away, I felt bad that it turned from black to gray from all the dust...

Oh, and don't be surprised if you see a different side of your LR306 atties. They really come to life when paired with a more appropriate battery like AW IMR 16340... What a great way to start the new year! Congrats!

Hey Vaporologist. Ya, I'm thinking my eGos and Rivas will become very jealous and may find new homes lol. I might keep 2 batteries for the occasion when the hubby says hey, fix me up one of those electronic cigs lol. I know I will be more than estatic when I get the P16 and it will be my all the time PV that is for sure!

There are two different schools of though on this subject. I did consider vent holes for my P18 because I use it with two stacked batteries for 6V vaping but I don't really see a need for vent holes on a single battery device especially if using IMR batts which are of safer chemistry. Personally, I like my P16 without vent holes in the aesthetics department... Maybe someone with more expert knowledge regarding batteries and safety will chime in...

I got mine vented. Felt it was just marginally "safer" and a coin toss wrt aesthetics (personally, i think it adds some visual interest). Less of an issue with IMRs (they can still vent i think, but not as violently), but sometimes I use ICR batteries too, and they really can go bad in a bad way. You've probably seen these forum postings, but just in case you haven't...

The P16 is one fine device and you have picked the best battery for the job. If you plan to use LR atties with it then you will be very happy with the IMR 16340. I was quite surprised with the performance of the Precise when I got it, heck I just received my P18 I was so happy with it. Your eGo will grow a layer of dust soon, trust me. I have an extra brass end button I drop in every now and then for a little extra bling.... Its a lot easier to take care of than the full on end caps in brass... Looks pretty sweet!

Ya, P16 here too. I believe it's 3-4 weeks at the moment. I don't mind waiting, even though I'm excited! It's Christmas time, it will then be New Year time so waiting for my new all day vape is no problemo. Ok, it's going to be so hard to wait but when I get it in the mail I'm gonna go crazy lol. Of course I will have to take pictures, even though there are plenty of pictures already, but who can resist??? Let us know when you get yours.

Vaporologist, I will make sure and wear the appropriate gear for bouncing off the walls, lol.

I received my P18 today (12/23), order placed 11/25. I don't know what the normal wait time is, or if it is more/less for different Precise models. The Super T web site states wait time is 3-4 weeks.
