Probably worse. Good dads get screwed. Crappy ones that don't care get everything they want

Sad but true. My ex made it nearly impossible for me to see my kids. Ten years down the road, they're grown now, and I'm the one they want to spend time with. She hates me for that.

Good Luck, on both the money issue and the time with the little ones. It's sad that when all the bickering ends up hurting the children the most. And yes the courts here in the US are wacked. Seldom do these situations end up being fair to all. Once again the best of luck to You

Yeah, it is. Good luck to you. I think all mothers who use their kids as a bargaining tool are messed up. They shouldn't be mothers at all imho.

Cheers guys. I think your "good lucks" worked. Great result in court and now it's all as done as it can be.

The only winners are the solicitors. Just writing a cheque for nearly £3000
