Hello. I'm fairly new. I've done the 650, 1100, vv spinner etc. I vape constantly, almost go to bed vaping. I can kill a battery in no time at all. So rather than ask opinions of favorites etc, I can say some concrete specifics of what I want and maybe that can really narrow it down.
The big thing is the 18650 is what I think could carry me through. I currently charge 5 batteries a day. Sick of that , so sick of that. So, a 18650 is what I'm looking for, also VV, and the other very important thing is *small*. I want a small vv mod. I really have read for a week several hours a day and am at the point where I feel like I am on a gerbil wheel. I'm losing myself in my own notes. To a pro/veteran vaper; an 18650 SMALL VV mod should be easy, yes? Also, very into Kanger tanks. T3S and Protank ll. So the mod needs to be compatible.
If it's not too much trouble, the one thing I did learn and agree with is a good (safe)charger etc, so it doesn't necessarily have to be a "kit". I can purchase separately if you spell it out exactly what I need to buy.
So, 18650
VV
small
and Kanger compatible
did I mention *small*?
and constant (no drop) vaping - sick of what I currently have
Oh, I pretty much vape menthol all day and love the throat hit, I DO love clouds also, if any of that is needed info.
Thank you in advance
Warm regards - Barbara

I would also suggest the MVP 2. It performs like a dream, and the battery lasts for a couple of days without needing to be recharged. I went from using Vision Spinners to the MVP 2 and I love it a lot.

It is a box style, but very comfortable to hold in your hand. Everyone who has gotten one here seems to like it very much. There is an MVP owners group which will give you more info and you can see what people think of it. I would suggest starting at the end of the thread, because it's really, really long:

With an 18650 battery you're not going to be able to get anything "really small". With that battery and VV something like a zmax or provari is the size you will get. I've got both and am really happy with both. There is about $100 difference between the two so it depends on your budget. If you like anger products the Aerotank is very good also. Either mod paired with the aero should work well for you.

I will second the mvp2, it will out last a 18650 battery. I use to kill 2-3 18650's per day with a vv device, so you will still have to carry extra batteries going that route. Another perk is you would be able to charge where ever there is a outlet available. I'm planning on getting another mvp2 for my trips in may and august, just so I don't have to carry around a charger and a slew of batteries.

I'm not sure "Small", "VV" and "18650" go together very well....
Even 14500 VV's are a bit long, although they are thinner, like the VOT
14500 Variable Volt VOT

But you can probably go "wider" with something like the Gripper..
Variable Volt Gripper, Silver

Seems I'm plugging MadVapes tonight.. Just turns out they have a bunch of stuff you can look at..

No it won't, but that's OK.

The MVP2 is a good little mid-range mod. Does most everything at a decent size and a really good price.

Is it going to outlast a Nemesis with Kick and 2900 mAh 18650 battery? Not a chance.

But it will be more compact and does have variable voltage which the Nemesis with Kick would lack.

So you suggest a Nemesis with Kick and 2900 mAh 18650 battery for the OP? That seems odd given the requirements.

MVP2 is pretty cool for around $50. I have two as backups, and for taking touring on the bike. It lasts a very long time. And you can plug it in anywhere you can find a USB outlet, if you remember to bring the cable.

Well your talking about a 2900 mah battery. I only use aw imr 1600mah or 2000mah, efest 1600/2000mah or sony vtc4's which are 2000mah. They are also some of the most common one's to purchase. I won't recommend a battery I personally don't use and in a vv I get 4 hours tops. Mind you I vape 10ml's a day and when using a vv mod I'm usually at 6volts.

Everyone's mileage will vary based on usuage but for the more popular 18650's that are continuously recommended on the forum the mvp will out last them.

as far as a 2900mah battery with kick, im still going to go with the mvp2 outlasting it. Main reason why is the kick will throttle down over time as the battery power hits its curve. So you won't be able to squeeze out every last bit of juice as the kick will often cause stutter around 3.6 volts to signify your battery is getting low. Which is highly annoying and the main reason my kick sit's in a drawer labeled arghhhhhhhhhh!

I replied, and it's lost? I was saying, I don't think the MVP is for me. Maybe my problem is the battery? Maybe my query should be more along the lines of "what battery", and then I could "mod shop"?
I want a battery that lasts a chain vaper all day . . . . and is constant.
I noticed a lot of "mini" mods. I loved the lavatube until I saw how huge it was. . . and I really adore the evic (I forget evic's size tho)
So what should a chain vaper look for in the way of battery strength and life instead of the mod itself? Lot to learn here ! crazy - all I want to do is vape, this is driving my non vaping husband insane. He's so bored with my vape talk lmao - I've tolerated his . . . . .nevermind, wrong forum teehee
Warm Regards - Barbara

Barbara, I have a VTR, which takes an 18650 battery, but if you chain vape, it will not last all day. My VV tube mod takes (2)18350 900 mAh batteries, and that lasts all day, no problem. I would suggest something along the lines of a VAMO or perhaps an SVD that will take 18350's if a box type APV isn't your thing. Otherwise, I concur with many others, the MVP is really hard to beat as far as battery life goes. Good luck.

You can't get "small" and "long lasting battery life". There are no small 18650 PV's out there. If your highest priority is battery life then you won't be happy with any battery smaller then a 18650. There are large and larger 18650 PV's out there along with mid weight and heavier PV's.

What don't you like about the MVP ? It's box style ? It's overall size? If you don't want a box style then you are looking for a tube style. Honestly, it's common for people that haven't vaped for long to think they could never be happy with what they see as a large PV find out that as time goes on they don't mind a larger PV at all. :) Some people continue to use smaller PV's when they leave the house but the large PV's when they are in the comfort of their own home. :)

A suggestion for you may be to choose a 18350 battery size PV, (I'd recommend a Zmax mini) which is smaller in length then a 18650 PV. It won't give you longer battery life, or least not by much but it would give you the chance to get used to something larger so moving up to the 18650 size wouldn't be so overwhelming for you. :) Do you have any Vape Shops you could visit to see and hold some 18650 vv PV's ?
