ahhhh.... a music video that isn't rap or hiphop... thanks for that, lol

np, lol, I figured it was sadly appropriate for the situation so I had to post it.

I'm bummed, too. Someday we'll look back on these days as the bad times.

I think so too, someday this will all be behind us and we will be laughing.

It makes me just as sad, being a fairly new vaper, and thinking yay! I finally found somthing that has worked for me, after that what..11 times I tried to quit smoking? To come back to this, where I am now scrambling to figure out where to get nic juice, and thinking to myself, Thank the Lord for RachelCoffee who helped me get into DIY.

I feel so awfully bad for James and Rob too. My first ejuices I got were from Vapables. I then went to James at JuicyClear. Those two individuals, along with Happy Jack, I owe my life to! They all, helped me quit smoking. Then there was awesome Al from Cnd vapors who swam oceans and moved mountains for me to ensure I got my smart carts, and then on top of it sent me free gifts, and awesome juice. Why I ask is this happening? No one knows, no one understands, but all I know, is UNITED WE STAND. HC may be able to knock one, two or even three of us down, but they can't knock thousands. I will keep fighting the good fight along with all of you here, to ensure we get our freedom and rights back where they belong. We ain't in Germany, and this isn't nazi town. We are going to make history people! Just think of how many more lives are going to be saved because of the vaping community. I am going to keep thinking of the many lives I have yet to meet, that are going along the same journey as we all are here. Staying positive is key. Prayin' isn't gonna hurt either!

When the law makes victims rather than protecting victims, that law won't be held for long and certainly won't be respected by anybody.

It's frustrating to have such draconian institutions in the "free-world", but at least they're huge and slow wrapped up like giant red taped mummies.

I would gladly pay for my own healthcare if it gave me some say over what went into my body. Can't have a still, almost can't own firearms, can't have other "herbal" products.

I'm pretty sure my ancestors didn't fight and die to defend these crooked institutions.

Dark times these are but where there's a will there's a way, prohobition never works period.

Also, Jim don't feel bad about letting anybody down, your own government let you down because they couldn't figure an angle to make a house rake off of your vastly superior product. Unfortunately the rest of us just have to get more subversive to get quality juice for the time being.

I had disappeared from this forum for the last month or so, due to trying to get a bunch of stuff sorted out at work (I start a new job at the beginning of May, and the knowledge transfer at my current place of employment is KILLING me). I only found out about this ban because I decided it was time to place another order with Juicy Clear. I logged back on to the forum to see if it was just me, and possibly to bug James and Rob about their site going down (For shame! A professional web developer letting his inventory DB crash...). My reaction was something along the lines of "What? April fools thread... no.... WTF?!?!?!?".

This isn't going to affect me as much as some people on here, as my 'rents have a U.S. PO Box and head down there two or three times a week to get gas, but my heart goes out to everyone who doesn't have that option. I honestly don't think I've heard of a single thing coming out of Ottawa in the last year that hasn't ...... me off... the G8 conference, the CRTC's ruling on usage based billing, ACTA, and now this.

I do however have one question. Since this bill doesn't actually get signed into law until June, and since a federal election has been called, doesn't that mean it has to be re-tabled? I was under the impression that any bills in progress at the time an election was called are scrapped, and have to be re-submitted when the new gov't is formed.

Buck up, everybody, this sort of thing has happened in Canada many times before, and the end is always the same.

As long as its legal in the States, it'll eventually be legal here. It sucks that it might take a few years, but that's what will happen.

Many years ago, you could buy Melatonin at any health food store, then HC made it illegal to be sold in Canada, so you had to go down to the states to get it. Several years later, now you can buy it at any Walmart.

The same thing happened with satellite dishes in the early 80's! Anybody old enough to remember when they were illegal?

Yeah, that didn't last for long.

Its all part of the price of being Canadian. That and having to pay 30% more for a car (and anything else that is imported) :)

lol I remember the satellite dishes. The place I was staying at in Exeter the family got a dish and put it up to only get a letter from the government cant remember who might have been the crtc to take it down. We got HBO for free and it was the greatest thing ever. I remember having to take it apart and it was the size of a medium sized house. a couple years later it was legal and he threw it back up. Ahhhh memories

I'm in the states all the time, problem is I drive an 80,000 lb vehicle and it's not something you drive to your friendly e-juice supplier's house. If I knew I was going down there and someone could meet me with a crate of juice, I'd pay cold hard cash. For example, if I were in Vancouver at the moment, and I knew that I had to be in Los Angeles on Monday, I could arrange for someone to meet me somewhere along I-5 in Washington, Oregon, or California. But When am I ever in Vancouver and planning a trip to LA? (<-- read: I'm in Vancouver and planning a trip to LA)
