i sepnt 120 dollors for an e-cig less than 3 weeks ago,and the batteries (recieved two) both went out the same day! i called the company and they are sending replacements, thay siad with the holiday, that they would be here on tuesday. the mail just went, and no batteries!!! i had completely quit analogs. now when you have no batteries to vape---------------- sorry had to vent

Always stock up...hardware and juices...you never know when failure errupts.

well since i ordered it on2-6-11.received it 2-10-11 i thought i would recover a bit from the initial; expense then buy more batteries. who would think they would both go out this fast? on the same day no less.

Tell us the brand and what they are doing on the charger - may be they just need cleaning. You have to tell more before any of us can help. And look into getting a pt, covers when waiting on batteries.

I've felt your pain. I learned that lesson when I started... I have backups for my backups (and I have some of the juice I'm not crazy about sitting in the fridge just in case)
