I started smoking when I was 12. Due to a traumatic experience my mom felt the need to allow me to smoke when I was 13, even bought them for me. I'm now 35. I don't remember NOT smoking. I've tried a few times to quit and just could not make it more than a few hours.
So anyhow, I've been feeling like crap. I've had headaches since I can remember and the last 5 years I have had a daily headache. No more than 3 days have gone by without a headache. I've gained like 60 pounds in the last 10 years.
I found Npro at gas station the other day. I'd had a month long "cold" that I could not get rid of and decided that maybe this was the thing to try. Even if I could cut down to 5-10 cigs a day. I was smoking 40+ a day.
I hit it a few times after I got it charged and thought, ugh... I hope I didn't waste a hundred bucks on this. So I waited a couple of more days and decided to go full throttle. The first day was kinda rough but I got through the entire day without a cigarette :D The second day I picked up an analog in the evening. I put it out before I was half done.
The fourth day I woke up without a headache. I thought okay, great, I love these days. 5th day-no headache The 7th day I woke up and said OMG. My b/f asked what was wrong. I said nothing is wrong I DON'T have a headache 4 days straight. It's been 3 weeks and I have not woken up with a headache since day 4. I had NO IDEA!!! I've been on topamax, inderal, muscle relaxers, meds to stop the RLS from the topamax, A total freaking zombie with little relief. I stopped the meds a few months ago and was saving up for botox cause I'd heard it did wonders for chronic headaches. I am so glad I don't have to do that!!
I feel like I can start living again :D

Thanks for letting me share :D

I started with the Npro and have the 901 from esmokershop. So far I think I like the Npro better, but I don't like the price :(
My 901 has kind of a metal taste to it or something...and I have used it quite often trying to get used to it.
Any suggestions on best quality juice atomizers etc?

I wish you well, I am not sure which npro you got. If it is the mini, I have several. I don't use them much these days. I have migrated over to a pen style PV. I still like the npro and will continue to use it. Lately I have been dripping liquid in the atomizer instead of using carts. It works quite well for dripping. There are several great videos for npro use, filling, and maintenance.

There are lots of liquid reviews on the forum. You can purchase extra atomizers as well. Puresmoker.com sells a peewee that works for npro mini. He also sells a USB cable that fits as well, that way you can use other power sources.

I purchase bulk liquid and mix my own concentration and flavors. I refill my own carts with liquid and filler. It save money and gives me better control on strength.

I started out on 24mg and now am down to 8mg. My favs are menthol, coffee, RY4, and some tobacco flavors.

Keep searching the forum, keep reading, stock up if you can, learn DIY methods. Keep spare parts on hand. Ask questions and have fun.

Thank you for sharing your story Dream. there is no one, I mean no one, is ever going to convince me that vaping is not a better option than analogs. after 35+ years of smoking I thought I would never be smoke free. And now, I have no desires to smoke.

With stories like yours, even if the governments find a way to ban e-cigs there is no way they can ever stop it now. as long as there is a demand there will always be supplies.:)

You can't put a price tag on your health.

Thanks y'all for the nice comments. I'm loving it!

I'm hoping that it is still the primer...not giving up on it yet. I've just been enjoying my NJOY:)

My family all keeps telling me how proud they are of me. I feel a little guilty because it's been SO easy with ecigarettes. I feel like that coca cola commercial in the 70s and 80s. I'd like to buy the world an ecig:cool: Then we can all pitch the "real thing" and vape in perfect harmony. rofl

The NPro is an RN4081, also called the SuperMini, PeeWee, SuperEcig, etc...

If you look for parts for the RN4081 you can find them cheaper than buying the parts from NJoy...

That is awesome! Sometimes I sit and contemplate, no one in my family knows I smoke or got an e-cig as an alternative, yet so many people in my family smoke themselves. I feel so compelled to tell them about this better solution, yet it's a toss-up because they don't know I smoke either! Stories like yours make me look at the bigger picture and tell them, regardless of my own inhibitions...

... I am glad to see so many people are more well off, living better lives, with E-Cigarettes, and I understand it is money that makes the world go round, but if the FDA disaprove of E-Cigs, I really wont know how to take it -- how could they allow cigarettes, but not sometthing like this?

Anyways, not to turn the light note into a dark one, but it just astonishes me
