Ok, so when I have my passthrough plugged in, I get a tingly sensation when I vape, this is pretty much non-existent if my lips are dry, but if they are wet I get a tingly sensation. Im positive its electricity. So should I return it? I have a metal drip tip btw, probably the only reason I even noticed it because its such a weak current.

edit: It just started today, or rather like 12 hours ago.

Use a delrin or plastic drip tip. Some 5v regulated passthroughs tend to pass about 1/2 a volt through (at least on mine when I put a meter on it...haven't checked current yet since I was simply doing a quick "sanity check"). It may have something to do with a particular ground style on the power supply you're using. I noticed on my passthrough (I build them) I get the zap on a hub I use here at home but not the one I use in my office at work. If I think of it I'll put a meter on the setup at work tomorrow and see if I get the same current bleed.

Its 3.7v btw. And I actually think that its worth keeping this thing as a spare battery as opposed to returning it, its not a problem on a normal charger, and shipping cost is more than the difference between this and a battery. So its a battery now and a zesty passthrough until I buy a plastic drip tip, and its not plugged into anything expensive, I prefer to use the an A/C adapter for it.
