a few drops of brown liquid came out.........now it tasts horrid just like burnt rust

After you blow it out you need to reprime it with a few (two maybe three at the most) drops of e-juice and allow it a few minutes to wick. Refill the cart, if you use one and after a few minutes of wicking time your atty should be good to go.

suprisingly this is the case.....i filled teh cartridge let it sit for about 10 min......it tastes fine now.....not working consistently but much better flavor......need to fill the cartridge back up cause the atty wicked up all the juice but yeah

Nothing surprising about it. When you blow it out you are in a sense de-wicking the liquid from the wick and coils, drying it out. That's why it needs to be re-wicked with fresh juice...just a bit...not enough to clog it up, just enough to get it nice and wet.

I think too many people are letting their attys dry out.

I never blow out or clean my attys unless I am switching to a new flavor juice and, so far, no problems. (most of my atty' in use since mid Nov.) I DID soak one atty in everclear for 24 hours (then air dried 24 hours) after it became very hard to draw from-now it's like new. IMHO the less you "mess" with your attys that are working well, the better!
