I primed it before even firing it out, blew any excess primer out of it first. its been an hour now ive been trying to puff on this thing, this odd taste isnt coming out of it. and when i put 4-5 drops of juice in it it doesnt wanna come out, and the flavor is burnt unless i suck the juice up onto the bridge from inside the atty. any way around this bad burnt taste?

Flood it. Drip until juice comes out. you need to saturate that atty. Don't use you good juice because you will waste a little. Once it's seasoned it will perform nicely.
Just flooded it twice. I tried it a 3rd time with it actually flooded. had good vapor, then after 2-3 drags i get this weird taste again *taste of atty i think* and it wont go away. Its gross and my cartomizer tastes better than this *which has very minimal flavor as it is*.

Edit; 8 drags and now a burnt taste. my luck with attys in general has sucked the 2 months i have been vaping. i think these would be my 5th and 6th attys.

After you flood it, don't keep taking drags until it is dry. The lr's need to stay wet. So after a couple of drags, drip 3-4 drops.

Yep...gotta keep them wetter or it is nasty !! There is a learning curve to find the place where it is wet enough and not flooding....and keeping the atty "topped off". These burn way hotter and use a lot more juice !!!! For me it is usually 5 or 6 draws then 3 or 4 more drops. ( if you're dripping )

+1 on this

5 to 6 pulls with about a 5 second draw. You do not say which LR's you are using. Since you are dripping on these you could always do a wick and bridge removal. This will help you determine if the juice is too weak for the LR or if you scorched the wick.

I was going to suggest this. I burned the wick on a Cicso LR 306 by not priming it properly and the only way to salvage it was to remove the wick and bridge. Now I do this with all my attys since it also helps keep them unclogged and my daily vape is dark, cloudy, and can clog an atty in 2 days.

I do the same Biff. I keep two intact and two neutered. Yes I switch it up throughout the day so the thicker juices go with the neutered atyys. And I try to keep juice families together on particular atty's (i.e coffee atty, dessert flavor atty, tobacco atty) it helps when switching falvors. I am also using the Cisco LR 306's

Oh how much I love
My Cisco atomizers
Drip drip baby. Yeah!

Wow didn't think i was gonna get this many responses. I have an LR atty from vapor value ( a friend on here sent them to me after trading some juices ) and he ordered me some LR attys at 1.5-1.7ohms. I am using tastyvapors waffle 80/20 pg/vg.

I am vaping on a 3.7 v device, on my mega battery. Hope this helps!
