I broke my box mod :(

Goodbye cruel world.

Tonight, I broke my first vaping device. My home built box mod kit from madvapes. So many of life's pleasures shall change. As my beautiful first ever built box mod traveled towards earth at 9.81 meters per second squared...time slowed down. I shouted "nooooooooooooooooo" in slow motion as I saw each and every turn and rotation midair - as it made its final decent, my heart sunk as the holy matrimony between the hardwood floor and the top of the atomizer was complete. No more long nights laying awake with her by my side. No more dates in front of the bathroom mirror, in the dark, watching and dancing to her hypnotic LED as it pulsed with every draw. No more driving with my knee with box mod in one hand and roughstack in the other. Yes friends, every good thing must come to an end.

Now that is one sad story. I have a box mod from Oldgoat that is very well made and his prices can not be beat. I have a bottom fed juice feeder. He offers the 3.7V and the 5V. I think the 3.7V with juice feeder is $40 and the 5V with juice feeder is $50.

Still have the roughstack...and will probably go oldgoat, been following his thread for a while (since I can't ever see getting my hands on a Reo Mini). I do plan to gut this box mod, and place the innards into something for now...it's not a feeder so should be easy peezy.

Benjay, didn't you quit...you should have some for sale, no?

Been there, done that ice. Look at it this way, you now have spare parts. Go down to Radio Shack tomorrow and buy a box for $2 and an hour later you'll have her back.

Yah I sold my white one a bit ago. Still have a black carbon fiber one if I ever have the urge to vape. Oh if you plan on building one again and don't mind on making a few adjustment to make it a feeder you could always check this thread http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/modders-forum/95728-tutorial-juicebox-around-8-a.html which I'm sure you already have

Yes, ice, I lost one of mine tonight, the red one with red horn style button. Was putting it in my shirt pocket, missed, and as I was reaching for it accidently flung it forward into a door and finally the ground. Thankfully it still worked so it got me through the evening but it is badly damaged. Will fall back on my black one and see if i can salvage the parts out of it tomorrow. Thankfully, I have some spare boxes so all is not lost... except for "red".

Well, at least the RoughStack is almost indestructible. Too bad they don't make a box shaped one. Might be a little heavy tho, LOL.

LOL, but otherwise I found something called "PlastiDip" which is liquid rubberised coating. I haven't tried it but looks like it could be useful for making box mods a bit tougher.
