I had a similar issue. But I solved it by lowering the size (mb) of the picture. Hope that helps.
Are you getting any error message? That is the one thing I haven't had problems with.
Some people are finding it easier to directly upload at the moment rather than use a hosting service. I use Imurgr and it appears to be working, I think? I'd have to look at the date of my last pic or something. But basically, try a different hosting service and/or direct upload, depending on what hasn't been working....

Same way I’ve always done it.

Had the same issue before for a few minutes the picture I pasted appeared and then disappeared and the next time I went to paste a picture it worked. Is that what is happening to you @Terry Koontz ?
