Well I have been analog free for a little over a month now. I was a pretty heavy smoker at a 1.5-2 pack a day habbit since I was 15.. I never really thought I would quit but after trying the ecig that all changed.
I am 29 years old and was starting to wake up with what I can best describe sticky lungs in the morning. I could not take a deep breath in the morning for the first hour or two because my lungs always felt tight and sticky when I woke up. I am glad to say after a month this has all but gone away.:D I am a very happy e vaper and as far as I can tell there is no end to the good with my PV I can truly have my cake and eat it to.... mmmmmm Cake when we going to get some ice cream cake vaperrrrrr mmmmmm:cool:

I am on day 8 without cigarettes! I have been a pack to pack and a half/day smoker depending on what excuses come up for smoking ie. stress, the kids fighting, money, job, husband, life (you get the point)

I have asthma and would smoke - I didn't care that it sounded like I was literally coughing my lungs up. SICK. I enjoyed smoking. I hated to quit and didn't want to. Last time I quit I gained 40 pounds and was not a very nice person.

I am day 8 - I am not having any withdraw. I am not coughing. I don't have to hit my inhaler except maybe 1x every few days. I don't have to go outside in the cold to smoke. I don't stink. My family is proud of me.

Yeah me!! :D

I noticed less of that pain in my lungs when I first wake up. My mouth doesn't taste like a cigarette all the time, and I can shovel snow and not feel my chest burning like a wild fire just started in my lungs. It's great. I will admit though I still kind of miss the actual cigarette for some reason but when I do try, after about half way though I can't take it. But even with just that half my cravings/withdrawls I felt when I first went to ecigs comes back for about a day or so. I haven't bought a pack of cigs since mid june. I've had maybe 4 or 5 cigs total since then.

All in all I'd have to say I'm glad I have the e-cig and I'm glad I can breath and smell things couldn't quite smell, and I can taste things in foods that I couldn't taste before which has turned out to be a good thing.

Well guess like, you next milestone will be quitting e-cig?

Well for me, after 7 months of tobacco-free & 5 months of nicotine-free. The only reason that I am still keeping my e-cig around is solely for HTM (Hand-To-Mouth) action. I hardly vape these days, probably once every 3/4 days. Even myself amazed by these occurrence.

But the Government said E-cig is BAD for smoker's health......:-x
