no I have not soaked are cleaned it yet was just making sure that I could.then I will let it dry out I guess until tomorrow.
It's kind of odd...all these troubles with the kayfun...I think it's a great design. My first build on it was successful. I've only had one snafu...tried a different wicking technique that gave me dry hits...si I went back to the first kind I used...no issues since.

I've been using 75 and 100% vg, so nope
High VG is slow wicking in a kayfun. I use peaches and cream yarn for 80vg and higher juice. The thickness of the juice just makes it tricky with the vacuum of the kf.
gel drops... Make sure anytime you get a new topper, you give it a really good bath and clean it well. Twice back to back at least. Many of these come with machine oil on the parts and it's sure gross to vape. Many even do a Vodka soak between baths. I personally just clean with a tooth brush and dish soap then rinse really really well in super hot water, then I scrub again with just super hot water to make sure my toppers are good and clean. Sometimes after a strong flavor I do the same to make sure there is no residual flavor in my tank.

100% VG can still be very clean, I'm talking about gunk.
I was using Space Jam pretty sure its 100% VG . I'm going to go with a 70/30 ratio see if that makes a difference.
I dropped to 18 sometimes, but mostly 12. Even lower in a dripper. About 3 ish. Clearos aren't as intense as an rta, that's still less intense then an rda.
this is one for the pros so to speak,I started out with 24 mg liquid,extremely rough on the throat.I added some 12 mg liquid to it,I do realize every build is different this is only my second one on the kayfun+ v2.I am not really a chain Vapor,but at first up a round 12 watts or so i was getting just a very slight burnt taste after 3 or 4 draws.I am using a regulated 30 watt mod,so I dropped the wattage to around 8,its a 1.5 ohm build and I am vaping it pretty hard without any bad taste at all,the ohms reader on the device is not blinking I suppose it's letting me know there is enough voltage going to the build,and that is about 3.5 voils.I was thinking that it would let me increase the wattage up a little more considering the build but I'm learning!Now the ohms Mader just started to flash I did have to up the wattage to 11 watts,the voltage is reading 4.1 who knows lol.Well kind of a bad taste again,even though the ohm res is flashing on the mod it is still firing without any bad taste at all?Im at 7.3 watts now 3.3 volts its blinking but its by being fine no bad taste it might be the mod not sure.

The taste could indicate too little wicking, causing hot spots in your coil when you increase wattage/voltage.
As for the flashing.....don't know, as I've never used a box mod. The only vv/vw mod I have is my taste vv v3....
