Looking at the pic earlier I would agree the wicking seems a tad on the small side. Wicking these is tricky as we've talked about before. As far as the Cloupor flashing, what battery are you using?

Edit: The flashing means the device is not able to go below its 4 volt firing. So even when it's firing, it's not giving you the true wattage you want, it's going as close as it can get instead.

sony vtc5,yes i kind of figured as such, and tastes great between 7/8 watts.I m kinda leaning toward an issue with the wick.

I am going by rip's video of the kayfun lite build,on the video it looks like he is not using a lot of cotton,in order to keep it on the base away from the threads?..he also puts e-liquid on the wick first and then fits it flush.I am guessing that is the way you all do it..Going to try my third build on it until I get it right!

You can't use s lot of cotton, or it won't wick well, tasting kinda linen like....but too little cotton causes hot spots and burnt flavor.....just the right amount will be quite yummy.....cotton is cheap, just play with it till you find the amount. Hint....don't fill your tank all the way so its easier to empty till you get the amount figured out.

Good point, not filling your tank all the way is one of the best pieces of advice I got when I first started. Your juice won't feed into the wick channels if your tank is full, the tank needs the air pressure to feed the juice to the wicks. I never fill mine more than 80%, if I do it starts dry hitting.
I couldn't figure out why it was hitting well when I just put a small amount of juice in to test the coil and wicking , but would dry hit when I filled it up all the way, filling it 70-80% made a huge difference.

I meant more for the simplicity of changing wicks till she figures out the optimal amount to use :p.....that being said, by design I don't think you can fill the kayfun so much that there is no air pocket inside......but to do so WOULD cause it to not draw juice into the channels correctly, since it wouldn't have a good negative pressure.

Haha that too. I wasted so much juice building RBAs at first.

Don't give up! With practice you will get it. An option till then, most b&m's have someone who will do builds for you, and all you have to worry about is rewicking. A good build should last you over a month.
I know its a problem when I'm actually spending more time trying to make a build and not even be able to hardly vape like i am accustomed to.
