The package or the tank? If you are having problems opening the tank, try using a rubberband to help with the grip. If not a rubberband, if you have one of those rubber sheets to help open jars that works too. You just need something to give you grip.

The tank ofc, also I'm british so I'm not sure what those terms even mean. I'll try putting on latex gloves?

It gets better. Just make sure when you fill it with liquid and close it up that you don't over-tighten. You just need it snug, the rubber gasket on the bottom will do the rest.

I try to avoid pliers when I can because I am afraid that I will somehow bend something out of shape. The rubber band thing is cheap and really does work. Just wrap it around the bottom piece and use it to grip as you try to unscrew it.

Good luck, enjoy the nautilus mini, its a great little tank

Thank you and yes i made sure i didnt over tighten it, already loving it really am amazed like why i didnt just read up before idk, it's bloody brilliant. I know now what all them youtubers and people were saying about full flavour. Only using it on my vision spinner 2 but cant wait to use it on my eLeaf iStick when it arrives!!

I like the airflow adjustment as well, really is a step up from them crappy iclear 16 clearomizers lol.

Your fears are founded - accidentally bent mine, ever so slightly, doing this exact thing

Before the wife throws away her old latex dish gloves I cut a 3" square off. Much cheaper than buying a metal sleeve.

sorry, I don't know the term in Queen's English for 'latex dish glove'... I imagine it's something like 'throat warbler mangrove mitts' or some-such twaddle. This is what they look like:
