If I were to guess, I'd say I have about 100 bottles at the moment. I've got 42 of them right next to me right now on the "waiting to try out" shelf, and about 20 within reach, so I don't doubt there are at least another 30 or so in various other places.

I've been paying attention, taking notes, and compiling a list of the best and the worst as I go. I'm sure eventually I'll settle on a lot fewer of them, but for now trying out new stuff has been pretty fun (except when it tastes like a cat's over-perfumed ...., of course).

I did the same thing and I liked most of them. I didn't hate any of them but I decided that I had to vape what I had before buying too much more. So I did.

How exactly did you stop? I've gone from being addicted to cigarettes to being addicted to surfing the web for e-liquid flavors. I've even found myself trolling the ice cream aisles at the store for ideas.

Taste is very subjective, so we all stumble around in the dark. I've learned the hard way that no matter how many great reviews a flavor has, not to buy more than a sample size at first. And besides, any money not spent on tobacco is a win-win.

True, but unfortunately, I have also discovered that either the sample sizes aren't enough for me to truly judge a juice or my tastes change rapidly. I have lost count how many times a sample juice has wowed me, purchase a 30ml bottle and meh, vapeable, but nothing special. Really makes me wonder how many juices I have rejected that could now be something special.

Oh well, the search goes on. I know that somewhere out there is a reasonably priced juice that will floor me, just gotta find it.

It's funny you say that. I was going through some juices today that I hated before. I tried them on different attachments, ie from hating in clearomizer to using carto or atty etc, and some of them I am finding way more tolerable. It has only been a couple days since last trying them too so they didn't really change from steeping, plus I had already steeped them for a couple weeks prior to the first time.

I'm trying to realize some of that supposed savings I was going to get if I quit smoking and started vaping. #1 vape the juices I have. #2 Buy reasonably priced juice that I know I like #3 DIY - Yes, I spent a bit upfront but I am now saving money.

I would be breaking even this month but I bought a bunch of hardware:)

I was curious so I opened my drawer of goodness and counted 99 bottles. Three are sitting on my desk. 102 bottles, each at least 10ml. I think tomorrow will be a PIF day for me. Time to get some control because I have 15 new ones arriving Monday or Tuesday.

Take one down and pass it around...

Ill be honest here,i find if i use my ego c,they all taste good, sometimes the nova tank gets muted and bitter and dry tasting.

I have a 357 and a couple other Cisco attys on the way. When they get here(monday last I checked), I am having a drip fest! Will be doing a lot of side by side with other attys to see how they compare.

Edit: I can't forget I will have like 8 new juices from ECBlends and a bunch of drip tips and other accent stuff coming from various places monday as well! I am stoked!

I'm a big fan of the LR306 to try juices. If you have one, please post somewhere what you think of the 357 compared to it.

I was going to order one from them, but I wanted to try their different 510's first. I will call some friends and see if anyone has one I can borrow when the 357 gets here. My 357 is long barrel 2.0ohm. If I can't get one for monday I will order one sometime next week and get it the week after to compare.

Edit: I already have a bunch of various 510 attys to compare all the Cisco Spec stuff to.

Copper Creek has a LR306 (knock off brand unknown) for $6.00. I have 3 Joyetech ones, but when they eventually die (although they are going strong after 5 months) I'm going to try one from Copper Creek. I find they produce a lot(!) more vapor than a 510. I use a Cannon drip tip, which makes dripping very easy without having to put on my glasses.

I have seen the ones on Copper Creek. I am thinking of picking up a Vamo next week from I don't know where yet, when I do I will order a couple different 306's to try out.

This may interest you,i have some un -flavoured juice and it tastes not too good by itself,as a matter of fact, i find no matter what flavoured juice i use, eventually they all taste the same,so what i tried is an unflavoured juice, one ml mixed with 2 drops of organic vannilla extract and it is awesome, not a whole lot of flavour, but i perfer the taste too be mild amyway, just experimenting. The vannila takes away the blandnes from the unflavoured taste, its not too bad at all and im not injesting artificial flavour.

I got my 306s from Vixen Vapor; not too overpriced, when added to a juice order....OMG! More juice! Actually, Vixen has a 30ml weekly deal and a 30ml daily deal on the weekends at really good prices.

Ya, it's so easy to get carried away with juice, not to mention hardware. I'm one of the people that didn't go that route. I would buy 6 or 8 flavors at a time in the beginning and typically come away with a few in the bunch that I liked. Kept a spreadsheet to keep track of them so I wouldn't order the same bad flavors over again and so I would remember the ones I did like. I did not order more until I needed it. After a few months I found I had a good base of about a half dozen favorites and a much better idea of which juices I should explore next. Made myself a juice rack that held 20 bottles and that served me well for a while.

Now I'm getting into DIY. I've got about 26 bottles of juice split between bought and mixed myself. I'll be needing more bottles for the DIY stuff soon and I'm making the switch to glass for that. The other day I spent some time in the workshop drilling holes and put together the new rack in the pic below. It's pretty rough still, but I'll finish it when I know I want to keep it or make a new one. The brown glass bottles are still empty, except for one 50 ml at the right side which has my cinnamon juice steeping in it. It never ends, but that's OK ... it's a good hobby and a lot better than smoking! :smokie:

I myself have tried various ecigs before...Smoke Everywhere (from a mall kiosk) gave it up after about 2 weeks since the battery life was ridiculously low, and Blu (not nearly enough vapor/battery life)....Now, almost 3 years later, I finally found an ecig I enjoy...ALOT!

I started using the Joytech Ego-C and the Ego-Twist only about a month go and I'm in love! Since then I have acquired about 20 flavors, multiple clearomizers, different color drip tips. I love being able to switch flavors throughout the day and have different preferences depending on what I'm feeling like. I have my all day vapes, and my going out with my girlfriends vape. I have since converted my best friend and fellow ex smoker to ecigs and she loves it too! Everytime I go to the vapor shop I bring her home flavors. I have another tab open and am searching for more interesting flavors :D

So...No you are definitely not alone!

:D
