I never thought I would give up my Marlboro lights. I took my first drag my freshman year and have been smoking ever since. Today I got my vapor Zeus & juice in the mail and I didn't open my Marlboro box once! WOW!

I'm afraid my vape addiction is only going to be worse though. Had to buy all the goodies right? So far... 2 dial-a-volts (vape one, charge one), 2 ash caps, 1 diamond stealth, got the Zeus today and an ego and a V4L on the way (still have no idea what a V4L is but I had to have a pink one, cus well...just cus, I'll figure it out)

Now my dilemma is storage. I'm a purse gal and I'd rather not get gobbledygook in my purse and I don't wear pockets every day. I've looked and looked for a box I can fit in my purse that will protect both my purse and my cigar sized e-cig but haven't found anything. I'm considering using my glasses case but I'd like to not have to disassemble it throughout the day. I'm surprised most of what's out there is for the smaller versions. Please if any veterans can help me out & post links to a vendor I'd appreciate it :)

Happy vaping! I know I am...

Welcome to ECF, and to vaping! I know, pretty amazing, right? PAD Camel smoker for 30 years, and I didn't even want to quit...but did within 24 hours! Unfortunately backslid a bit but now back 100% smoke-free, and it was easier this time around than when I first started vaping.

To your question--if you don't mind waiting a while, this vendor is super cheap:

30 Electronic Cigarettes (Peripheral Type: E-Cigarette Case) at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping

These guys are quite a bit more but still affordable and ship next business day (I use them a lot):

E Cig Case | E Cigarette Carrying Cases | Electronic Cigarette Cases

This one may be more than necessary, but carries more than one unit:

The ULTIMATE e-Cig or Mod carrying case

Good Luck, and happy vaping!!

Hey there! Congrats! I have been smoking since my freshman year in HS too! Although I haven't completely quit analogs yet, I am happy to say since I started vaping I am now down to about 1/4 ppd :) It's wonderful isn't it?!

As far as cases, this is the one I have and I LOVE IT!

e-Cigarette or mod soft sided case - LARGE size

Happy Vaping :vapor:

Welcome to ECF and congrats on making the switch. I went through the same thing when I start 2 short months ago. I picked up a smal eGo case. Holds 2 eGo c batteries w/ clearos, an spare bottle or two of juice, a spare chargers, and spare clearos. I picked it up online somewhere for like $5. it was well worth it. Unfortunately for me, I've sort of out grown it as I now have an eVic as my primary and a twist as my back up. My advice find one that you think is big enough for what you plan to carry with you now, then get one twice as big. You will grow into it, really, you will.

Ok, great post. Regarding cases, lotsa choices, here's a few starting at $3- $4:

30 Electronic Cigarettes (Peripheral Type: E-Cigarette Case) at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping

You can find these in the US, probably in your area, for a bit more $.

Totally get your post heading. I honestly still cannot believe that I don't smoke. I don't think of myself as a smoker any longer, certainly a committed vaper, but still hard to believe. Fought the demon for 35 years at 3 PAD, and seriously tried quitting 19 times. Finally, I beat it. So, I know how you feel.

Addiction to nicotine naturally declines with vaping, its effects being different because of the change in delivery system, and we're no longer smoking. Lowering your nic level on vaping is far easier than cutting back on smoking. Addiction to gear seems to increase, but this is not physical addiction. I believe that vaping was instrumental in helping me quit smoking. Buying the gear may be instrumental in helping me quit vaping. I'll just stop vaping and continue to buy the gear, that way I can be addiction free...or something like that.

Anyway, welcome to the Forum, glad you joined the Team. Happy shopping, good luck, Power Up and Vape On!

Edit:

Ok, now I see where Alisa recommended the same cases, my post totally redundant. What she said!

Ha! Quitting was the easy part, now comes all these toys and flavors that you'll want to try, I see you are already starting with that! As far as cases go, of course you can buy from a dedicated ecig vendor, but take a look outside the box too. Makeup bags, pencil cases; there are unlimited possibilities coming from all sorts of stores in your own neighborhood. I have a very cool coated cotton eyeglass case that is huge and roomy and quite often I will pop my stuff in there because I don't want to ruin my handbag with any accidental drips or spills. Have fun shopping, and welcome to ECF!

This "e-cig carrying case" sells for $14.95. It's actually a diabetic's medicine case, which you can buy at Wal-Mart for $8.84. You can pick one up in the pharmacy section. It's what I use and it's great.

Thanks John Alexander I was thinking about getting this, you just saved me $6 and having to buy online.:)
