Hi
First push the tank onto the atty to pierce the fill hole.....Then take a heavy paper clip end and pop off where you juice pierced....The cap only lines up one way and when full place it back and make sure it pops back on....place in atty and vape.
Blow thru the atty first to clean out the primer fluid and I always wipe the inside where the tank fits to be sure that the primer is gone.

Thank you Whiskey! I will check out that thread for more info. I did get it open, put a toothpick in the hole and kind of wiggled it, this let me get a fingernail under it and popped the cap off. It's kind of hard to explain and it was hard to see the cap.
BTW, started vaping about a year and a half ago, with no intention of quitting smoking. After a few weeks, I just stopped the analogs mostly because they are so messy and stinky, not to mention the prices going up all the time. My constant cough disappeared within 2 weeks and I realized that I hadn't had a true deep breath of air in years. It was amazing!

Hi, Anykey. I've just switched to the ego tank myself. Just wanted to add a word of caution - I wouldn't use toothpick or paperclip in the hole the addy made as it may enlarge the hole and cause it to leak. If you look at the side of the tank cart, you will see two indented channels (the air channels when you're vaping). The cap extends over those on either side and you can use your fingernail in that channel to pop the cap off. That's how I'm doing it, and I keep very short fingernails. I've heard some people use a blunt-tip syringe to fill their carts thru the hole, to keep the cap snug. So far, I've just been popping it off and haven't had any problems but I just got the tank a few weeks ago. Just another way to fill them, if you prefer. Good luck with your tank - I'm loving mine.
