I cant put the PV down when I use 0 nic

I have just shifted to 0 nic and i cant seem to put the PV down. I started to use my 9mg's and vaping has been cut to about 45% of what it was at 0 nic. Has this happened to anybody else here?

Yep a lot. If you want to get to no nic, try cutting back slowly.

Yep. I went to no nic for about 3 weeks. Had one bad day and started craving a cig so I started back with 6 or 12 mg just depending. Still use no nic some, but I tend to have my pv stuck in my mouth like a pacifier the whole time with it. I have come to the conclusion that a little nicotine helps me tremendously with my focus and mood. So for now, I'm keeping some nic in my system. This way, nobody dies......

I chain vape at anything below 18mg. I use 24mg most of the time and have experimented going lower, 18mg I can handle but I do vape more. At 12 mg I don't want to set the PV down. Next order I'm going to go mostly 18mg and see how that goes. I'll still keep some 24 for cravings.

You are not alone. I have been on 0 nic for 4 weeeks and have finally been able to ease up on the PV. It takes a little time to adjust.

No do-do? What a surprise.

My advice would to up your nicotine until you can have shorter vape sessions. Stay with the same flavor juice and dilute it with 0mg more and more very slowly. It is all about weening slowly and a little tricking of your mind. If you change flavors often you will have a hard to in my experience.

I started out with an NJOY, don't really know how their cartos compare strength wise .. refilled using a 12mg liquid .. then, when I got a 510, I started using an 18mg .. that seems about right ..

I don't really want to quit the nico totally ..

It is perfectly acceptable to mix whatever you want to mix to cut down your nic. I have mixed lots of 24mg juices with lower nic juices to get a lower nic level. Just make sure the flavors you mix will compliment each other or you may end up with something less favorable on the palate.

Absolutely. Mix to your heart's content! My standard vaping mixture combines Johnson Creek vanilla (PG) 11mg & 0mg and Ecopure Regular (VG) 10mg & 0mg. I fill up a little 5ml bottle about 1/4 to 1/3 of the way with the JC vanilla 0mg, then fill the rest of the way with the JC vanilla 11mg. I top it off with 5 drops each of the Ecopure Regular 10mg & 0mg. How I arrived at that concoction was just by trying a few things when I wanted to get my nic level below 11mg without it just being a weaker version of the 11mg I was accustomed to (nicotine really does have a taste!).

I've been pretty much chain vaping ever since I started vaping. I do find, though, that when I mix up a slightly stronger liquid, I can set the PV down... for a few minutes

Thank You so much for giving me the answer i've been looking for. I've been curious to know how the flavors would be if I combined them. I was pretty afraid to mix flavors that I would make sure I cleaned out my tanks each time I used a new flavor.

The best way I have found to taste mixes is by dripping. I drip a drop or two of one flavor and a drop or two of another and vape. You will be surprised at what concoctions you an come up with.
