I changed my mind over the iClear30...and an old juice...

I've stated I don't care for the iClear30, one came with my MVP, and I just didn't like it. No big deal, I just threw it in my stash and forgot about it.

So today, I was doing an inventory, and I ran across it. What the heck, lets try it again. I washed it out when i put it away, so I loaded it up with a semi-favorite juice. Puff. Yeah, it's still the same. Puff. Puff. Wait...puff...Boom. All of a sudden, it started working better. Wow!

Been using it off and on all day. Not bad. Not a carto tank, not even close, but not bad. I don't LOVE it, but it's pretty good.

So I take it back. iClear30's are pretty decent. Now, we'll see how long the head lasts, and if I replace it...

And as for juices, I've stopped buying, for now. I have a TON of sample bottles to go through (so far, no bad ones!), so I was going through them all...hey, that first bottle I ever bought. EVO Dakota. Didn't care for it. Tasted like chemicals. Open it. Still chemically. Threw some in a dripper...hey, wait, this isn't what i remembered, this is a LOT better! More earthy, more smoky, and smoother than I recall. Vapor is not what I prefer, with 50/50, but it's tolerable. Okay, it HAS been steeping since October, lol. But I can deal with this! I don't LOVE it, but I can vape this - in fact, it's a nice change, and I may try blending it. I bought a 30ml bottle, and it's always bugged me, just sitting there I was going to give it away, in fact.

Just goes to show you - if you don't like it now, let it sit!

Which iclear30 was it? I actually really like the iclear 30 S just as much as a carto...kinda looks like a carto but there are long wicks inside the tube with a lot more holes. The replacement heads aren't sold locally for me and are more expensive than cartos, so I will still stick with carto tanks but I use the iclear30s from time to time with juices that are ok in plastic

I'm still not thrilled with the swivel drip tip, but I can live with it. The one thing I just don't like is you can't use a drip tip, you have to use theirs.

Yeah I agree with that...I wish I could change the drip tip! I have a swivel tip I really like, it is plastic and swivels really smoothly. The one on the iclear is too stiff and sometimes I get a metallic taste from it. Silly design flaw that it can't be swapped out!
