I guess I will give that a try. I also received a free syringe and beveled 18ga needle with my Resurrectors, but I have been using the direct drip method to load them.

What technique are you using mooreted? Do you slide the needle all the way to the bottom of the carto, or just to about the middle? Also, are you using the syringe for refilling, or just on the first fill?

Bozz I drive the needle to the bottom and also use it for refilling. I have been using a needle for many months and have totally eliminated the "burnt" carto effect. I vape about 10mls a day and filling a sryinge was getting a little tiresome. I have since moved up to a 30 ml dropper bottle with a luer lock cap. One Stop DIY has some along with a few other suppliers.

I've been using a syringe to fill cartos; it's fast, easy, and clean. Squeezing the inverted bottle helps when drawing juice into the syringe. I insert the needle between the filler and the carto's case wall, about 2/3 way down and plunge in half the dose, remove, move to the other side and plunge in the rest, watching the top of the filler to avoid overflow. I developed the technique using clear resurrectors.

I was using it to fill my carto tank as well, but then discovered that it's much easier and faster to just slide up the tank enough to .... it over the top edge of the carto, and fill it with a bottle or dripper top.

My first few weeks of trying to drip into cartos was a mess.

(EDIT: lol, it's not FOWL language when you're a rooster or your getting ready to fire a six-gun.)

I slide the needle all the way down, slowly push the juice in until it covers the filler material then pull up on the plunger to suck out the excess juice until it has that perfect slushy look.

Edit: I only fill once a night so I use it for refilling too. I'd rather carry several cartos than top off all day.

Ok, I hemmed and hawed a bit about using a syringe to fill my cartos with. I got my Resurrectors and CCV gave me a free beveled syringe. It really is easy, and no mess.

I bow to those that pushed me a little to give it a try. This is what I'm using from now on.

Thanks.

I was the same way for a while too. I just didn't like the idea of having a syringe with me. Eventually I caved because I got some CE2s and didn't have a lot of choice. I'm glad I did, I fill everything with a syringe. I love CCV but I don't like that he provides pointy syringes, I much prefer using blunt needles so I don't go poking myself.
